Great company to buy from, items sent quickly, well wrapped.

I've ordered a few times with items varying in value from a couple of bottles of ink to ltd edition fountain pens. They always have great service, speedy delivery, reasonable postage rates and good stock levels.

Nothing was too much trouble. The little diary in my very recent order turned out to be out of stock in the colour I had chosen. When I phoned I was enlightened about the two versions available (which I hadn't realised) and the staff member dashed around to see what was in stock. All this knowing the company was in big trouble. It's so wrong that a company like this with such incredible customer service and range of amazing products should go. Looking around at similar companies on the internet - there's nothing like Bureau Direct, aside from Stationery Wednesday which we all loved. I hope with all my heart that they return. In the meantime, I hope that the staff are all ok and I send them all the warmest hugs! xx

Ordered 2 spare LAMY Safari barrels knowing that they had to be sourced direct from the German manufacturer. As the expected delivery date approached was notified by Bureau Direct that there would be a bit of a delay due to a parcel arriving damaged with items missing; including my spares. I was offered a refund of the costs if I wished to cancel. I didn't, and they arrived with me just over a week later. As this happened all over the Christmas period, I was impressed with Bureau Direct keeping me fully informed throughout. That service is why I would, and have recommended their services to others
