International orders can sometimes be tricky. Not with Bureau Direct! The replacement part I ordered arrived when they said it would, it is in perfect condition, and the international shipping wasn't even very much. In addition, Bureau Direct contacted me before shipping to make sure I understood the timeframe. Couldn't be happier ordering from these folks.

I ordered a bullet journal in a specific colour, which they didn't have in stock. They contacted me and helped me come to a conclusion which we were both happy with, sending me the journal and the other parts of my order. In order to compensate for the lack of the journal in the colour I asked for, they upgraded my shipping to next day. Superb customer service, I'm very impressed and can't fault them. Not to mention how superb their range of products is, as well as the excellent prices.
