BUYER BEWARE!!
A placed an order with this website Burora in June and received my package on Saturday. I contacted them several times asking why it was taking so long for my package to be delivered, they continued to to tell me to be patient, which I was. My last email to them (3 in total) I told them to either let me know what the hold up was or refund my order. This website is very sketchy. My order total was over 200$ worth of merchandise, upon opening and trying the pieces on I realized that I was getting a rash from the material that is used to make these pieces. There are no tags inside the dresses. I have no idea what they are made of. I immediately emailed them requesting a refund explaining that i developed a rash from the material, so they tell me I need to send them pictures to prove that I actually developed a rash, I’m not a piece broken furniture and I’m not putting the clothing on again to compromise my skin once again because they are to shady to issue a refund. This is bad customer service and it’s very obvious that they are a SCAM. I have been back and forth with them on email because there is no number to call trying to get a return label to get these pieces back and receive a refund back but it seems like I have a fight on my hands, I will be reporting them to my bank as a fraud and also the BBB.
Friends, don’t order from this company!!!

The clothes weren't the greatest fit but the company was great at helping out with sizing issues.

Shopping was a pleasant experience. I am disappointed in the material of my items. They were described as jersey /T-shirt material but the are a silky polyester. Not what I was wanting.

The order took MUCH longer than expected to be delivered. 2 months! Unfortunately the one shirt that I loved the most of the three items I ordered is too small.

Both dresses I got we're very nice and they fit good except for the chest area. If I lose a little bit of weight which I could afford to my bust line will go down slightly but not that much. So at this point I am not sure if I will ever be able to wear either of the dresses. And that is a shame because I really like them. I went by the guidelines for sizing but it didn't work for that area.

Items were not worth price at all, not even close to photo. Very disappointing and then delays and ultimately a refund for 2 items not available. Disappointing is an understatement.

Beautiful dress, received some many compliments - definitely size up as it runs small. Shipping takes FOREVER so order keeping this in mind. Would be 5 star if the shipping wasn’t 3 weeks

Slow shipping but I expected it from reading reviews. I live in Washington State and it took a month to deliver. As for the dresses, a few were fabulous just as pictured. A couple dresses only had the pattern on the outside which is very cheap to me. So I will wear those for lounge wear and not at social engagements. I gave 5 stars because I support small businesses especially during these trial times of Covid.

I wish I'd read these reviews sooner. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously, All, the clothes are a weird, cheap material, the sizing is completely upside down (I usually can fit in to just about anything, so the fact that dresses that appear to come to the knee on their models come to just below the upper thigh like a cheerleading skirt is absurd.), and their customer service is a joke. I spent $114 for three dresses that were all defective. They offered to pay me $10 and told me I could keep the dresses. After several rounds with them, I was told they would fully refund but inly after they received the dresses back, but I would have to pay the $75 shipping fee. Everything about this company appears to be a bait and switch and they'll rip you off without a second thought. Honestly, the worst online shopping experience EVER. I hope I can save you time and money with my experience!

The clothes are so cute but definitely run small and the material is kind of interesting, not rayon or what I expected. All 6 garments are made from the same type of weird cloth. I gave 4 out of the 6 pieces to my daughter who is thinner than I. Took seemingly forever to arrive. Overall, I am sad because I really REALLY liked the styles as shown in the ad and on the website. Calking it up to good marketing but won't fall for it again. Bummed!

The clothes are adorable, well-priced, but difficult sizing. Also delivery too long. 3-4 weeks. Coming from Asia I believe.

Can’t get a return code which is utterly ridiculous in the first place that you have get one. Been following up over a week with no response…seems like a scam and I’m out $140

Loved all my purchases. Did not like just how long it took. Almost over a month. Some pieces could be better quality but the style was cute.

The clothes I ordered… a top and a dress were too small and did not look as beautiful as the website suggested. I asked to return them and I was satisfied with their offer

I love this dress! The fit is great and good quality. I love the versatility of a full length button up shirt dress.

The clothes are very cute & on trend. The fabrics is interesting but I’m getting used to it. A few items didn’t quite fit right for me but Burora offered an easy & timely resolution.
