DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered three dresses and unfortunately they did not fit. I emailed the company, as stated on their website, to ask what I needed to do to return the garments. They responded with how their garments are sized according to the size chart, blah, blah and they will refund me $11. The order was $107.32! I emailed them again and they responded a few days later telling me that I could keep the garments and they'd refund me $22, if that was okay with me.
Did I miss something??? This is not a negotiation. I emailed them again and said NO, I will gladly return their clothes and I want ALL of my money returned. I have yet to hear from them.
I posted on their FB page and I think they may have blocked me because my comments are gone and the ability to leave comments is also gone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! They are attempting to steal money!!!

This company is a big rip off. They accept your credit card payment , keeps your payment but you never receive your order. Ordered in early May not received order

I ordered 4 dresses and they are all beautiful. The fabric is soft and the fit is perfect.

Items are not as pictured... And you will not be able to return them.... They offered me a $9 refund for a $95 order... I have gotten them up to $40 refund, but that is much a they will go. As stated in another review there return center is in Bubai and you will pay the shipping...

I ordered a few dresses and each one was a very cheap version that didn't match the picture (or the pattern) and made with cheap fabric. The sizes were larger than what was described online in the measurement section. I'm in Canada, and when I contacted them for a refund, they said "Our return warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive. If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself." They basically discouraged me from sending them back (because the products are garbage quality) and they offered to send me a refund worth 20% of what I paid for the products. Companies like this will make a profit whether you return the clothes or not. This is a legitimate scam. I called VISA and told them to investigate this companies practices. I don't know how they can have a service agreement with a fraudulent company. Also, beware that there are many copies of the same pictures of clothing on other sites that look suspiciously the same. These sites can come down and relaunch with a new name quickly but they're all the same.

I ordered the first of 3 items I was jonesing for from Burora. I ordered it hoping to get it before my vacation to Cabo, but missed receiving it by a day. The one dress I really wanted fit. Not as loosely as I wanted, but still awfully cure and with a very cool pattern. But the other dress and 1 shirt were very, very small - even though they were the same size. I checked the size guide to make sure they were all the same, and they were. So, I don't know why one would fit, but not the other two.

Kept in contact with me when there were delays.

I love my 2 tops and 2 summer dresses that I received from Burora!

I was more than pleased with the prompt delivery and communication. The size was wrong and they made the refund seamless. Good quality at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Scam! Do not purchase. The clothes is garbage quality. The company has blocked me from commenting on FB once they knew I was unhappy. It is impossible to return.
I called my credit card company today, and am disputing the charges based on “clothing not as described” will receive refund within 30-90 days. Let the credit card company fight for you.

The clothes were all too large. The website says 30 day refund, but there is no information whatsoever about how/where to return or exchange. I email daily, but they don't respond. It's a scam.

love the style of the dress but the fabric is not what I was expecting per the description.

This company is horrible. The clothes do NOT look like the pictures, instead they look like cheap knock offs. They take forever to get to you & the customer service sucks when you try & return. Asked for a return label 4 times & all they did was continue to offer me a fraction of what I paid & no mention of the return label.

The clothes ara exactly as the photos.
The quality is good.
The shipment was too long.

only 1 the green dress is not fit me as I imagine
