LOVE the dresses. I bought 4 and could not be happier.
And then I bought 8 more!!!

Total scam… nothing like the photo.. they told me I have to pay for return shipping which is more then the dress and will compensate me $5. Order from
Australia not China!!

Do not order from them!

I have received two offers to keep my order but the items don’t fit, so want to return them. Items are of super cheap material, the items I’ve purchased on Amazon are a higher quality. I assumed theirs would be similar. Inexpensive, short term wear but these are terrible. Unfortunately after I declined their two offers of $20 and $40 to keep my order, they are not responding.

Very poor quality of the dresses. A bit disappointed.

Excellent product. Love it. Would like to enjoy it daily but it’s very pricy unfortunately.

My order arrived in a timely manner, online tracking was spot on and the dress is exactly as presented. :)

I am very pleased and will order again. Sizes were perfect and fabric very good quality.

Very cute items, and shipping took slightly less time than I expected. I ordered two long dresses and both were more sheer than I expected so I don't know that I'll get much wear out of them but I just wore one of the short dresses and was stopped by multiple people who complimented how cute the dress was. And the blouse I purchased is super cute too!

Scam. Do not buy and after you read my review, you will understand. Burora advertises "easy returns" but don't be fooled. The dress that I ordered arrived in a bag with no invoice, no paper indicating a return process or a return address. There was just a dress in a clear plastic used bag ... THAT'S IT. I went back to my original order (in my emai) & within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise, I asked for an invoice with return instructions. Burora responded with an email showing no return instructions and no return address ... just a request to take a picture of the dress and send to them. How horrible ... how unprofessional. I could see this dialogue had hit a brick wall for I am not taking pictures of myself modeling a dress for their approval. I wanted to return the dress, pronto, unworned, in orginal plastic bag. I will just give the dress to Goodwill. Burora is a scam ... when I buy from Abercrombie, Lands End, Saks and wish to return an item pronto, the company does not respond with a request for a picture of the dress while giving no return instruction or address. Save your money and time .... and run from this scam.

Positives - affordable, pretty dresses and prints, sizing accurate, responsive customer service that found an acceptable solution for me

Negatives - slow shipping, difficult to return

This company is a fraud. The dress arrived after four weeks and was not all as depicted on their website. Fabric was not cotton but some heavy slippery synthetic. I ordered a medium to be certain it fit as I am usually an xs or s. I couldn't wiggle into it due to the tiny size. Upon measuring it was inches smaller than the size chart for the garment. The company is giving me the run around regarding the return and has ceased answering my inquiries. Do not buy from this scam!!!!! The company just emailed me once again since posting this review. They offered me $8 compensation for my troubles and refused to take back the dress and refund the purchase price. They say they never advertised anything regarding returning the item for refund nor is an exchange an option. If I desire another garment they will happily provide for purchase price should I wish to place an additional order. This is truly a company you don't want to do business with. The cost of the dress was $69.00 so $8 is ridiculous!

It took almost 4 weeks for the dresses I ordered to arrive. They are poorly made of cheap fabric and don’t fit. I have tried to return them but the company is not responding. Do not buy from this company!!!!

the items I received are lovely. The order processing and shipping timeframe can be improved however. It took a month to receive my order and I had to purchase something else for the events I planned to wear my items at.

If there could be zero stars I would choose that rating.
Poor quality clothes! Do not order from these crooks! Refused to give me a refund or return label.

Although delivery took quite some time (had to cross the border), I'm super happy with the 3 pieces I received. They all fit really well and are exactly what I expected! Will definitely shop here again
