I found the handover very helpful. I'm not very good with words. The staff members paid attention to detail and I'm very satisfied.

This is my third Mazda purchase from Burrows York and on every occasion Simon has been attentive and helpful, sharing his excellent product knowledge to assist me in my decision-making process and choosing the correct model and specification for my driving needs. Simon is supported by a good team and I know the after-sales service and support will be there for me when I need it. The dealership offers a welcoming atmosphere you don't often find in the showrooms of many other marques.

We traded in 2 cars and bought 2 cars and the staff were very helpful, pleasant and efficient.

This started off as a 5* but sadly slipped after an error with the finance and alloy wheel protection. I ended up feeling pretty disappointed - a shame after spending so much money, and it took the shine off getting a new car! Excuse the pun!

Just purchased a car from Burrows Rotherham and Evelina was superb from start to finish she even rang the day after I took delivery to make sure everything was okay. May I also give 5 stars to Jack the manager and young Daniel for setting up the techy stuff. Thank you all

Very helpful and friendly staff. It was my first car purchase so it was a bit overwhelming,but all went well.

I was quite apprehensive about buying a used car online as I live 200 miles away but this car was exactly what I wanted at the right price. I was unable to view it in person beforehand but the service from Jack at Burrows Mazda York was exceptional. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since my car was delivered and I am extremely pleased with it, no niggles and completely as advertised. Communication was great and Jack kept me updated at every step of the process and even delivered it to me personally. Would highly recommend.

Yesterday I arrived home from holiday to find a problem with the battery on my car. Toyota roadside assist came out, got the car going and recommended I drive straight to Toyota. I rang Toyota Rotherham and everyone I encountered was brilliant. I member of the service team was there to meet me, the problem was solved within the hour and I was back on the road. I was even offered someone to drive me and my suitcase home if I was going to have a lengthy wait and they would have brought the car home to my house. Toyota Rotherham really care about their customers and I am so impressed with them.

Disappointed with Service and aftercare and Vehicle Condition

I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Burrows Toyota Doncaster and was disappointed to find damage to the front left side under the bumper, which was not pointed out during delivery. I provided photographic evidence taken on their premises before leaving.

Additionally, the sales process was slow, and during my visit on 04/10/2024, a staff member was unprofessional, abruptly ending our conversation when I raised the issue. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I expected better service from Toyota.

I have been a customer of Burrows for years now. Whenever I visit or speak to their staff, it is like meeting a family member. I have always received great personal service and nothing is too much trouble.
My last purchase is just a dream to drive, and I could not be happier with it. I collected this car on 20th September, and everything was put in place and documentation all completed to the last letter without effort as is usual for them, and was able to just drive away very happy once again. It is such a pleasure both dealing with them and without hesitation recommending them for their excellent service. Thank you.

Burrows Toyota Wickersley was absolutely brilliant handling the purchase of our new Rav 4. The experience from start to finish was excellent and stress free. Special mention for Moe our sales advisor who was a credit to Burrows Toyota. Moe was very approachable and polite and not pushy as some sales advisors can be. The sales manager was also very helpful and made the transition from old vehicle to new a breeze. On handover the vehicle was prepared to a very high standard and the technology clearly explained. The only thing I can be disappointed at was I missed out on the free instalation of a home charger. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from this company...thanks again the dream team at Burrows Toyota at Wickersley.
