The sales process was pleasant, smooth and efficient, with no old school pressure. We came away feeling positive,and received a fair exchange deal for both sides.
Although the collection date was speedy, just 5 days later, the only reason I have not given 5 stars is that in demonstrating the new car's features before leaving the showroom, and having completed the transaction, it transpired the 'Heads up display' was not working and required a replacement part. The completion of the work and eventual collection was a further 12 days.
Obviously the car was not checked thoroughly before leaving the factory, or if damaged in transit, in its showroom inspection, which is disappointing for a new car.
At the time, as a new car paid for and exchange completed , high priority was to be expected for the work to be done, scheduled initially as a 1 day job ammended to 2 days. However the wait after the part delivery and handover was somewhat frustrating. It was scheduled initially as a 1 day job ammended to 2 days. Perhaps in hindsight the delay was not too bad.
Notwithstanding the disappointment of a new car requiring work indentified at handover, this was our 6th purchase from Mazda York and have always had excellent service and had no issues otherwise and would not hesitate in returning should we make our next car again be a Mazda

We dealt with Ross and he was refreshingly the complete opposite to what the typical pushy car salesman who tried to get a sale out of us had been with other dealers. Best of all, they offer really competitive interest rate on car finance deals. Very satisfied with the experience.

I purchased my Toyota from the Sheffield branch. The team there were friendly and welcoming. Particular thanks goes to Emmanuel, who took the time to understand my needs and was able to guide me through to purchasing the car.

We have just picked up our used Toyota Yaris today from the Sheffield branch and I would like to say what an amazing service they provided us.
Firstly the showroom is immaculate inside and out we were offered tea or coffee on arrival while our car and all the paperwork was completed.
Everything from start to finish was amazing and what was nice was every member of staff we came across on the day said good morning and as we where with my daughter today age 7 she was given a Toyota teddy bear that has made her day (it’s the little things that make a massive difference)

Recently bought a used Toyota Prius from the Sheffield Branch (having travelled up from Leicester). Unable to take the car straight away we waited for confirmation of delivery. Unfortunately, this arrangement fell through and as we were going away on holiday the lovely Tim decided to personally drive the car down to us! Many thanks for a great service.

The staff in both servicing and sales are helpful, friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable about their vehicles. The sales team is able to answer any questions and do their best to help with any difficulties that occur during the purchase of a vehicle.
I have been driving Toyota since 1980 and have been delighted with the level of customer service throughout that time. The Doncaster team is a great example.
