Business Travel 365 Reviews

Erik helped our company to plan the most amazing trip to Mexico! Thank you! :)

In a time when it was almost impossible to travel due to Covid, Erik managed to find us flights from South Africa to Mexico. This was for a company trip with employees flying in from all over the world. There was just no task too big for Erik to handle. Thank you Erik for organising an unforgettable trip! You kept us up to date every step of the way, and answered all our travel questions… no matter how big or small. Everything was planned out to the t which made for a really smooth and stress free trip. I hope we get to work with you again soon.

My experience was absolutely fantastic.

Erik was always available when I had questions and worked with me to organise the perfect flights.

Looking forward to the next trip!

Thank you Erik for making our Mexico trip a reality! All went without any hiccups, and even managed to navigate some tricky aspects without any problems. 10/10 would recommend

Attentive and great response!
I had missed a flight and I was booked onto a new flight immediately with you guys. Excellent service and communication.
Thank you for getting me home 😊

Warner is a very efficient agent, He tried hard to find me a flight that suites our schedule and fits our budget. He kept me posted in every steps of the way up to seat assignment. Your business needs more personnel like Warner.

We have used Business Travel 365 several times and the service and pricing Erik gives us is always excellent.
Last week British Air cancelled our and my wife's brother's family flights to Prague for our son's wedding. Erik was a tireless warrior and spent the better part of 4 days and many hours finding all of us new business class flights with Lufthansa. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and compassionate service Erik provided us. Thank you so much Erik!

Very easy and efficient booking process. Berg was excellent. Hard to find better business class pricing. They have also been really great in recovering credits on flights during the pandemic.

This is not the first time we are using Rio’s services, always on time , attentive to all details, super friendly and professional, and always gives us the best deals. Highly recommend!

Rio & BusinessTravel365 are amazing. Even though some would bristle at crafting a complicated itinerary requested by the customer, Rio went out of his way to diligently and expeditiously fulfill my request. His professionalism is beyond reproach and his expertise in all things travel ought to be incredibly valued. I'm exceedingly grateful to him and the company for their excellent help. You simply cannot go wrong with this company!

Excellent service with Rio as top of the line.

Very helpful and conscientious and would go to the extremes to help clients.

I would recommend BuisnessTravel365 and especially Rio to do buisness any time and all the time.

Rio is very helpful and professional, he is always responds to a customer and tries to accommodate client's request.

BusinessTravel365 found a wonderful, last minute deal for one-way trip to Australia. They then were very diligent in finding the best return trip from Bali. Highly recommend as they deliver what they promise.

Very professional service, Carl was really good and kept us inforned of the purchading process, he even helped us on his day off.
Thank you

My agent Berg, could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. I was a little wary are first, not even sure this was a “legit” agency, but Berg found a great fare for me, followed up along the way, and even checked in after the trip. Something my own longtime travel agent doesn’t even do! I’m definitely booking with them again.

Prompt, courteous, helpful and a good price to boot.
Will recommend

Teo was great. I let him know where I wanted to go with approximate dates and he got back to me within an hour with a much better business class fare than anyone else. I used him a second time and he was just as effective, efficient and personable! Highly recommend him.

Great experience with quick response and prices..

Larry has been great through this whole process. We have had several issues with our flights, secondary to the airlines. Larry has helped us through them the entire time.
