Busy Bee Recruitment Reviews

Fausta really takes time to understand your recruitment needs. She will then find the best suitable candidates to match what you need

We have worked with Busy Bee Recruitment for approximately 6 years for both temporary and permanent placements. They have provided a reliable service and demonstrated a good understanding of our requirements. Communication and placement emails are clear, and the process is straightforward. We also appreciate the cover notes included with CVs, which outline key details and show they have taken the time to speak with candidates.

Fausta takes the time to truly understand your business and culture, which enables her to find the best possible match for your role. She prioritises quality over quantity which means quicker results and less time wasted.
We place a lot of trust in Fausta (and the whole Busybee Team) and its a pleasure to partner with them.

Great recruitment company, super professional, great customer service and excellent candidates all suited to the relevant roles, our experience was completely stress free and the ultimate candidates have been exceptional in their new roles. Highly recommended recruitment company 5 Star *****

Sian Peacock made my experience great. She was kind, attentive, and available when I needed her. She was there from the start and helped me all throughout the process of getting a job, making it a very stress-free process. The care and kindness she showed were second to none, and I felt so supported the whole time. Companies need more people like her working for them. I couldn’t recommend Busybee recruitment more, and I’d recommend them even more if I knew who I’d recommend them to got Sian. 12/10. Exceptional experience.
