I couldn't take my son to nursery during the month of January because a health heart issue that wouldn't let us travel (Doctor mandatory instructions, so no joke), and they didn't even consider to return the money. The lack of empathy has left me with no words. It is clear that the only goal is to take care of the money, not the kids.
After a month ago we had as well an episode with one of teachers saying to our 2 year old boy "how DISGUSTING" his poo was.
Of course our son is not coming back to this nursery after seeing this lack of humanity and sensibility towards the families. and if I were you I would definetely think if you want your kids to be raise and educated by these people.
