Norwich airport busy bees are the best. They are amazing with my daughter and she’s developing so well and I believe Jess, Beth and Lucy are a big part of why.

Busy Bees Clare Park has been incredible for both of our children. They have both slotted in amazingly, we have always felt supported, informed and confident that our children’s best interest are always their top priority! A special mention to Rachel in baby room, who has especially support both our children through their transition into nursery and Lottie in bumble who made the move up a seamless process! We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Reliability!!! Really need improvement on that. Giving notice on same day that nusery will end by 1pm or so and expecting all parents to collect kids is shocking!!!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for our daughter. A huge thank you to Jenny, Nicola and Jess – you’ve all been amazing from the very beginning. And thank you to all of the girls in Bombos 1 for the love, care and support you’ve shown her every day. It’s been so lovely to see how much she’s grown in confidence and how happy she is going in each day. We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done and couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. ❤️

Our little one took a few weeks to fully settle into nursery life but the staff were patient and kind in helping him feel comfortable. He now loves being at nursery and his confidence has really grown!
Staff are lovely and can really see the bond they’ve built the last few months.

I'd heard some bad reviews from previous parents of children that had gone here, but I had found the tour and people friendly, and decided to sign my child up. I was told it would be 10months to wait, and although not ideal, accepted this. I completed the application, got a confirmation email and paid the £100 fee. 10 months comes around and I'm told the application was rejected. No email. No phone call. Person on the phone suddenly says they would have called, but maybe didn't leave a message. Didn't chase, didn't refund money at the time, didn't give a reason. I'm told on phone it would have been because I put in July as a start date and they couldn't meet that. Despite not being told this when I visited and spoke to them in person. Beyond shocking service and woman on the phone wasn't apologetic. Can't help but think I dodged a bullet.

My children have had a good overall ecperience and acheived personal development during their time in zbusy bees.
They are quite hsppy to return each time and enjoy every bit of it.

My 18 month old has been in busybees since they’ve been 1. And I can not be more thankful for how easy the staff have made the journey of returning back to work. Shout out to Sarah, Grace & Lydia in B1. Their communication. Their updates. Made our nursery journey so chilled and made me feel happy and at ease with the little one attending. I do early drop off twice a week, Dan is amazing my little one reaches out for him. And plenty of other staff in that room who smile and welcome the little one with open arms.
They answered ANY questions without hesitation on the orientation. Update the app continuously and do a great handover when little one is being picked up.
I knew I had a good vibe when I left after viewing many nursery’s and it has all played out perfectly.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. The nursery go above and beyond to meet my daughters care and needs. They keep great communication with updates through out the day on the app and then on collection explain how the day has gone. Staff always smiling and attentive. 😁😁 thank you busy bee’s

Busy Bees Westminster were absolutely appalling. You withdrew my son’s space (who has additional needs) and then made me feel like it was my fault when in reality the staff at Busy Bees were just incapable. My son was then also marked absent even though he shouldn’t have had a space at the nursery which suggested to me that Busy Bees were still trying to receive funding for a child who they refused to look after. Since then I struggled to receive a refund for the month I had paid, again suggesting that Busy Bees had no idea how finances work which is quite worrying as I believe there could be some type of fraud happening. The busy bees customer service was disgusting and the staff were beyond useless. In all honestly, I believe me and my child had a lucky escape as I don’t know what could’ve happened to my child whilst in your care. There was no communication whatsoever. Since this all happened, I have had non stop emails from Busy Bees asking for reviews and numerous other things, which is borderline harassment.

I will happily agree I was the most anxious mam in the world when my maternity ended and I had to choose a nursery for my 1 year old twins.
From the initial visit the staff members who showed me round (Nicole and Leanne) instantly made me feel at ease.
My kids settled in no time, regardless only being 2.5 days a week.
The key point for me, is they are safe and very happy!
They have came on massively, they love nursery and the ladies who work in their room.
I will be sad to see them leave these ladies and move into the room up, however know they are going to thrive.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Gloucester, and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, caring, and always make him feel safe and happy. They provide fun and educational activities every day, which have helped him grow in confidence and learn new skills.

Communication with parents is excellent, and I always know how his day has been. The nursery has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and I truly feel that the team genuinely cares about every child.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees Gloucester to any parent looking for a safe, friendly, and nurturing nursery. Thank you to all the amazing staff for everything you do for my son!

The staff at busy bees were brilliant from the minute I approached them in relation to my little people and their possible placement.

This continued throughout first visits and then onwards into them settling in, making arrangements with staff and then ultimately them becoming confident little people over the 6 months they were there.

I can’t recommend the nursery and staff enough, my little people thrived.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for them they went above and beyond

Communication with management is very slow... The other thing is that when I went to pick up with my little son, he often had a runny nose, as did the other little child, and their nose was not wiped.
Since my little son goes to another daycare, I see how much the staff here are happy every day when we take them. I didn't experience this at this daycare.

Staff was amazing. Ceri and Georgia were simply the best for our daughter.
We also loved the application, very clear and transparently

We honestly couldn’t ask for a better nursery! The staff are all so kind, caring and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. Our child is always happy to go in and has come on so much since starting.

The activities are great, communication is brilliant, and it’s so reassuring knowing they’re in such safe hands. We’d highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking for a friendly, caring nursery.

Awesome team members, very friendly and able to make children settle in beautifully in their own time. I have both children at busy bees and they have settled in really well. I highly recommend it! Thank you for your hard work and kindness that you show every day!

They are so attentive and organised..

I was very disappointed with our experience at this nursery. Communication was poor, and the staff always seemed busy to properly address our concerns. I also didn’t find the front desk staffs particularly friendly.

The biggest concern was my child’s wellbeing. He cried every day at drop-off pick up and became anxious about going to nursery. And I understand , children cry at the beginning and gradually settles down. However, as a parent, I had this feeling that my child wasn’t happy and fell sick with high temperature on the second day of nursery.

Since moving to a different nursery, the difference has been incredible. He now happily goes in every morning, enjoys his day, and comes home smiling. This experience showed us how much a caring environment and good communication matter.

Every child is different, and this was simply my experience. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this nursery.
