I would give no stars if that was an option. I was contacted by a Button representative informing me that my refinance documents were ready. I DID NOT CONTACT BUTTON. I was not given information that the loan would cost me 3 points! Then when I said that I was intersted I was nold that you needed more infromation and then itt took almost 4 months to close and i was informed at losing that the loan cost me $7200 and that the original loan of $250L was reduced by $10K to $240K. By this time, I had no choice but to close because I had already made committments for the money that was coming in. I think that your practices are unethical and fraudulent.

The process of getting the loan was smooth, however, we had to include them (Button Finance chose to be on the insurance check, PHH Mortgage declined to be on the check) when we had a minor flood in our home. In order to deposit the check we needed a notarized power of attorney which they provided, however, it was not filled out completely. Our rep from Button (Jason) assured us everything was in order but after my bank read through the POA they saw where it wasn't and was missing an address. Just a frustrating process going back and forth with Jason not understanding it was NOT completed properly. My bank had to contact our Jason to make him understand his error.
Sunday is the best
The part I liked the most was you could do everything online, and I didn't have to submit all my documents in PDF form. The help I received was given willingly. Also, Sunday didn't ever not have time to help me. She was always patient with me and didn't get ezasperated with my slow typing or when I wanted to read something. And she always knew the answer to any questions I would ask her.
Over all it was a great experience. I wish other companies were so internet friendly. For once I did have to do all the work. There service is something that most companies do not do anymore.

My experience was quick and easy. My rep worked hard to work things in my favor and got me a good amount with a great interest rate! We had funding in two weeks! They made the process straight forward and easy.

Had problems getting one last check
Had problems getting one last check. Finally I told the loan officer we were not making our first payment until we received that last check. Didn't take long after that.

Our experience was made great by a great team that wanted us to succeed. Communication was also great. I really don’t have anything negative to say. We were given specific instructions. It was helpful to have a team of people that worked at Buttons that were organized, and knew just what to do. We really appreciated the extra computer help that the yea provided, so we could finish our application process.
