Professionalism and understanding customer needs.

Well... Still waiting for my $5,758.00 DOLLARS that Escrow hasn't realest back to me for Tax's & Insurance which is always been taken out with each and every payment we have ever made. Zeke has been very helpful with whatever info he can retrieve. SO, CAN SOME ONE INFORM ESCROW TO SEND CHECK...

The initial contact was excellent and he worked hard to find a good interest rate and amount to borrow. However things kept changing when it went to the underwriters! I had to supply so much paperwork and information. I thought it would not end. Disappointed in the total outcome!

Resolved issues and successfully completed the process. Impressive. Grateful!

Very nice experience great staff

The Button finance company maintained good quality communication with me through the process however after the case closed they sold my mortgage to a bill collection agency. Unacceptable. I'm a disabled veteran and retired from Federal government service.

It went really smooth, and I was able to get the exact loan that I wanted.

Dave Shaw and Brittney made the whole process very easy. They were always there if I had any questions. Process went very fast with no issues. I will definitely recommend Button Finance to people.

Button was a joke from the start. The original contact did not know what was going on and kept promising different things that when it came time to take effect, he had to change things. Not professional at all. Loan came thru after 4.5 months. I stuck with it only because of growth of my business and didn’t want to start again. I have since taken that loan out with another. Would never do business with them again

The loan agent was extremely patient and helpful as this was my first experience getting a loan. He sat down with me in person and went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. One part of the loan came with a different amount and he went to the company had it changed to what he had quoted me.

Friendly service and quick turn around on the loan.

Worked with one agent from start to finish except for the closing agent. Also great that funds were in house. So many things were easier as Button Finance advertises. My agent, Sylvester, was a consummate professional in every way. No pressure at any point of the total process.
