I bought an anal stroker MW2024090428516099852 and waited for almost a month for the item, but I ended up receiving the wrong item (a vgna). I contacted the seller for a refund and return, as I don’t want to wait an unknown amount of time for the possibility of receiving another wrong item. The customer support agent has not responded since I asked for a refund and mentioned that I would return the product. I’ve been waiting for a month for their response since I last contacted them.

My order number is MW2024073087615797096. I bought the omysky Swordsman recently, once it arrived I was excited to use it but couldn't as the item was not working correctly. Once it turned on it spun and rotated a single time and then stopped! (I did not press the pause button at this point, all I had done was turn it on) However I turned it off and back on again but it still wasn't moving so I put it on the charge just in case it died. Today the day after I tried turning it on again to it not moving still (Shocker I know). But the really weird part is the fact that I turned it off and realized that when I press the mode switch button while it was turned off it would spin but not thrust for an instant and stop again. I'm very unhappy with this sequence of events and will be a lot more unhappy if I don't either get a new one or get a refund. Thanks for reading

Good no problem with transfer the money and buy

I bought a product from this company it's a chargeable thing . I tried to charge it and I could not find the charger in Port I emailed them several times they marked it where it should be I've tried and placed they told me I even ripped the skin off it and it's not there I explained it to them and did you not care it sounds like they do not care if customers are happy or not I've been customer service for many years if a customer is not happy we do what we have to do to make them happy this company does not want to do that I spend $70 on this item if I throwing it into the garbage and that's where it's going to go because I can't use it no longer with my money and I will not be buying no more products from this company and I hope people read this review and does the same thing it doesn't cost them $70 for this item is it probably a million dollar company and they don't care about customers shame of them yes I know it's from Asia tells me a lot where I should not buy stuff people wake up and support your own country I will from now on

I was sent the wrong product, or maybe what they have in stock is different than what they advertise. Their return policy for most of their products is non existent, so you are stuck with whatever you receive. In their ad they claim "Full or Partial Refund , If the item is not as described", but this does not agree with the stated return policy "Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned." To me, this is a "buyer beware" company......

Love the product but have lost the charger and can not find one .

I have ED and my doctor recommended a penis pump as an auxiliary treatment. I purchased a pump here and they arrived very quickly. I've been using it daily for about 2 weeks now and I've seen outstanding results. Prior to this I measured 5 1/2 in length and 6 3/4 in girth. My wife had no issues with my size and my girth has never been an issue but for me personally, I wanted to see what it what do for my length. After 2 weeks of daily use I recently measured at 5 3/4 in length and 7 in girth. My wife can definitely see and feel the difference and so can I. I only use it on the lowest level because all the reviews scared me from people having their testicles sucked in through the tube so I has some preservation's but I just don't see how that happens after using it for a while.
