I did not receive the item I ordered. I did call and speak with a representative and they are sending the item that was missing. Hopefully I get it !

Prices are about average, maybe a little better, but the customer service is excellent. We had a problem with the shipment and I had left a voice mail about it as they had closed by the time I made the call. The next day they made arrangements and had the replacement shipped before I could make the call to them after work. I'm honestly surprised by this level of customer-focused commitment. I've seen how other companies have shied away from this and allowed their customer service and support to suffer, which drives away customers. BuyMeBeauty is at the top of the list of repeat businesses in my mind. Thank you for your service. It is truly appreciated!
