Spent ages on the web site setting up an order. Got to the end and shipping method said not available and we couldn't get any further. Rang them only to be told they don't deliver to our area! Why do they not state on the web site that delivery is restricted; absolute time wasters!

Excellent product range and fantastic delivery service (up 3 flights of stairs in a flat!). They even took my old appliance away. This is the 3rd time I've purchased an appliance from Buywise. They are a wonderful, family-run British business!

I placed an order for a gas hob. Two days later they confirmed the delivery date. However, due to my wife changing her mind, I needed to cancel the order. I emailed the sales team to cancel. I was bracing myself for a long delay in processing the cancellation. To my pleasant surprise, I got an email almost immediately from Ellie confirming the cancellation, and confirming the refund. Equally surprising was that the refund was also almost instantaneous. How many times have we encountered companies that are quick at taking your payments but claim they need 5 to 10 working days to process refunds? Not buywise. Based on this interaction, I would say they are a trustworthy company to deal with and,although I did not use them on this occasion, I will certainly return to them for future purchases. Well done and thank you Ellie and Buywise.

Delivered on schedule to the required room with confirmation text the previous evening confirming timeslot. Paid for 2 man delivery as there are multiple steps into the house.

The company communicated well and the freezer we ordered was delivered quickly and efficiently- very pleased with the freezer and the service we received. Will use again.
