Amazing support team, quick feedback and really good user interface

The website works as shown. The demo import was a problem, but support handled it well. The support took a few days; if it had been a little quicker, it would've been better.

I have to upgrade to BWT Solution Pro to enable me to change and modify more features than the free version. I have troubled to open it after installation. I have Wordpress Theme assisting me on what to do and also requested BWT to give me an upgraded version which they did and than it went smoothly. But I would say I have to add lots of CSS code to get the website that I prefer so maybe upgrading a template don't really work for me. I find the support team are helpful but it take too long to resolve a problem. I have issue with the display on the single product page on mobile and tablet. No CSS code can help so I really need the support theme to solve the issue which they eventually did but in my opinion it take them a long time to do until I asked for a senior member of the support team that can solve the issue.

We are very happy with the service! The website template quality is really good and the price is also affordable. The support team was very helpful and responsive at all times. Buyers Beware — This Company Is Not What It Claims

One month ago, I suspected this might be a scam company. Now I’m convinced.

They advertised the template as fully featured, but in reality, it only includes the main menu. All the blocks and promised features are missing. I sent dozens of emails with screenshots to prove the issue. They claimed they would fix it, but day by day, nothing has been done.

I even gave them admin access to our site so they could resolve the problem directly. They stayed silent.

I requested a refund to my bank account, but they’ve ignored every message.

So now I’m here on Trustpilot to warn everyone: this company operates dishonestly and will likely shut down soon if they continue scamming people like this.

One more time — BUYERS BEWARE. Do NOT buy any templates from them.

Fill in your own text, choose colors and font and you will have a great looking website. Support when you need them and fast reply to your questions. Thank you!

What a great experienced , they respond immediately and resolve many of my concerns about the templates

I bought a WP Theme pack, when I only wanted one theme Deals Coupons Theme. These seem to be themes written about 10 years ago, gathered from across the web, obsolete, buggy, terrible experience. Then I was offered assistance, the support tried to charge me for customisations? Hard to get hold of.
Very shady indeed. AVOID AVOID NO REFUND no login!
They think we are made of money. It is a bad scam.
I hope they get taken down from the web. Do not trust any old themes in terms of malware, spy wear cache.
Some foreign firms use script that shadows entries.
But in this case, really outdated, not worth the money/time.

Tried to get the template I bought but they keep ignoring me, telling me to contact their support team yet they never reply, the perosn on live chat is the same person everytime, they don’t even introduce themselves or say hello and their English is limited. A scam site for sure, I’m requesting a chargeback through my bank account.
