Fast delivery and easy returns process. I had bought 2 drills from this company and returned one because I changed my mind. They sent me a prepaid returns label and didn't charge for the return.

The positive reviews are being left by the Buzz themselves. Be very very cautious here. You can tell by the quality of English used and that the positive reviews all focus on the same character in the same words. They also reported my comments and are actively trying to delete comments for the most minor terms and conditions errors.

The customer service team replied to my query within the same day and resolved it on the spot. The product was the cheapest of anywhere online, brand new and genuine. I couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend this website to anyone.

Purchased Lego set for very good price, took a few days to come after an email to say it had been shipped and no tracking info but arrived ok so very pleased!

After reading such shockingly bad reviews, I was so frightened once I realised I'd ordered from Buzz Retail. I contacted Michael via email and he reassured me that my order would be with me ASAP. It was with me within 4 days of ordering. Opened the box and everything inside was as it should be. I will definitely be ordering from Buzz Retail again. Thank you for your speedy and great service!

Highly recommended. Good prices, fast delivery. Great service! Purchased a barbie camper van for my daughter and they love. Delivery was a little late however YODEL were to blame for it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong hard drive which my my fault, the hard drive was delivered very fast. I opened up a returns request and a person called George at buzz got the item collect the very next day.

Bought some lego for my son for what seemed like a steal. Delivery very fast, arrived in boxes branded with a different company though. The company from the box called me later the same day saying the purchase was made with a stolen card (despite me paying with paypal). Something dodgy going on here, definitely avoid.
