Ordered a guitar on a Sunday and it arrived on the Far South Coast on Wednesday. Well packed and set up. I rang to find out what gauge of strings it was shipped with and they sent me a heavier set free of charge. Will definitely deal with this mob again. Cheers

I bought a guitar online. I rang Byron Music to talk about the guitar they had and they were very helpful. Alex even restrung the guitar with my preferred strings and sent the guitar off and it arrived the next morning.

Being a music store I would have thought the guitar would have been tuned before sending. Nothing major, but when you buy a new car they fill it up with petrol, I would have thought the same with instrument tune it when it's sold and goes out the door

Hi Andrew, your guitar was shipped by air to get to Tasmania. The strings were slackened to avoid snapping with the change of pressure in the plane. This is standard procedure to avoid the neck shifting.

My item was GUARANTEED delivery by the 9th February, it is now the 11th and no sight of my purchase, I am about 4 hours south of the shop in Byron Bay and this is extremely poor shipping time, they provided no tracking and so far have not answered 2 complaint to them. I am finding myself trading with china more and more as they are good at what they do and allways delivery within a reasdonable time & they are thousands of miles away compared. last order fpr me from here!
