Terrible
Rewriting my review seen as CA auto finance appealed against the last one for naming an extremely unhelpful member of staff. They are fine with a Trust pilot review naming staff if the customer is saying something good but it makes no sense that they would ask for a review to be removed when naming a really unhelpful advisor - I hope the call gets listened to. Terrible service. Inconsistent information from different advisors. £114 of my money still missing since June. CA auto finance will reply to this publicly and say they will look into it and help but they never do reach out. If you have a problem it won't get resolved and you will have to make numerous phone calls and waste a huge amount of time. My issue is still unresolved and I have just given up. Can't wait for this agreement to be paid off.

accidentally missed payment, helpful staff
When I moved jobs my payment date moved
I unfortunately forgot to update the direct debit with CA auto meaning I missed a payment.
When I called up, the staff I spoke to were really helpful with what I needed to do and waived the late payment fee since it was the first time I had missed the payment and it was a simple mistake.
I spoke with Khalid and another staff member I didn't get the name of.

Great if you don’t have any issues with your vehicle. If you do they won’t help you as they should.
I had to put a claim thru financial ombudsman, had to wait 9 months paying for a car which I didn’t have to be able to get my money back.

I don’t like writing bad reviews
I don’t like writing bad reviews, and to be honest, I’ve been treated worse by other finance companies for less. However, CA Auto finance have made some very frustrating and silly mistakes over the last few months. They have upheld the complaints, but it’s caused me a lot of stress, and mental health worries.
I’ve now had an £18 default payment added to a payment BEFORE it’s taken! It hasn’t even bounced yet?!
I’ve made a complaint about VT, and usually I receive an acknowledgement. However, CA have ignored the complaint, and the follow up. I am making a complaint with regards to “Value Added Products” that have actually expired. I’ve looked into it, and the FCA don’t take kindly to this if it creates a difficult exit for Voluntary Termination.
I’ve now had to write a letter because I need to find out about the VT. I do not use the phone when I require this information in writing.
I need to hand the car back, and be done.
