The gift didn't arrive
The gift didn't arrive. When I contacted the company and they checked the status, apparently DPD had marked the order "damaged in transit", but nobody had told me and Cadburys Gifts had done nothing about this. My only option was a refund or a re send of the gift. I opted for a resend, and asked that the value of the gift might be increased slightly to compensate for it's lateness and their poor communication with me .They refused that. Very poor customer service. The gift eventually arrived, but by now it was two weeks late. I did manage to get a refund of delivery costs.
