I was stuck for what to buy for an 11 year old boy's birthday in our family's who lives in another part of the country. Great delivery and no issues with product
DPD delivered on time and the Cadbury’s gift box was as described and had no damage to any of the chocolate inside so all In was a great product and service from Cadbury and delivery by DPD.

Well packed. For some reason, the boxes of 15 bars had disappeared from the inventory, but individual bars available amounting to exactly the same. Fortunately, someone sensible decided that when someone orders 15, they still get a box, so thumbs up for that.

Received my delivery in good time, but sadly the box was damaged and 2 of the items (choc model kits) were damaged. After speaking with customer service over email and sending a few photos, they offered a refund or replacement straight away. Impressed with the service, shame about the courier companies!
