A ZERO is what you deserve. Easter come and gone and no basket. PLEASE do NOT ORDER FFROM THEM. Scammers for sure. All the complaints above are exactly mine too. Shabby looking tracking. Same cut and paste response to inquiries. No is response to a refund request. This place should be shut down. Oh, and the allusion of being made in and shipped from America is disgraceful!! Frustrated, disappointed and MAD!!

I ordered 2 Easter baskets 1/22/23, never received so far, every time I email support cake lust, just get same message they’ll check with logistics never get back to you, won’t issue a refund because they say it’s in route. Just horrible customer service..!! They deserve a “O”
Still waiting 6 months later for order
I ordered 6 blankets back in November 2022, I received 2 and keep getting the runaround about the other 4. They were to be Christmas gifts then Easter yet I have not gotten them. I keep hearing they are shipped and waiting on tracking but that never happens. I asked for a refund they won’t do that either. I highly recommend DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this place

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a personalized Easter basket mid Jan and have not received it. Customer service is a joke: they told me they CAN’T issue a refund because it was shipped ( 2 months ago ). I hope this company is shut down for their preposterous business practice.

No Easter basket….. ordered in January and still not here. Easter is in 2 days :( When contacted, I was sent some shabby looking tracking info saying the item is coming from Sweden and arrived in America 2 months ago. NOT!!!!!!

Omg..... I am reading all of these reviews and I have the same issue. Ordered 2 baskets January 18th. Easter is in a few days!!!! I am told over and over to be patient. Really???? January 18th, and today is April 4th. I have been more than patient! I wanted to give ZERO STARS, but it made me give at least 1!!! You cannot call the number on their website... You continue to get the same response. A Happy Easter (not) SCAMMER ALERT!!!!

This company is a scam. Ordered in January the Easter basket and it has not yet been received. The shipper used is also a scam as they don’t track their shipments. Emailed the company and was told to be patient. I would not recommend and they no longer respond once I asked for reimbursement

UGH, reading these reviews is my story over and over. Ordered in Jan. They triple charged me. I got that resolved. Got tracking up til feb 19 and nothing. Keep being told to wait a few days. What a scam.
Cake-lust is a scam!
I ordered the Easter basket in January. I started checking on it after two weeks and was told it is in transit. They even emailed me with information that it came from Spain and it was in route to the US. I had checked on this at least four times and even requested the name of the carrier. They denied that information to me and told me to be patient. As of today, March 26 they now have ghosted me and will not even reply to my emails. This company is a fraud, they are scamming people in the US out of their money. I wish I had read the reviews from prior customers. I never would’ve purchased this item I am reporting this to my credit card company as well. They do not even deserve a one star.

Less than a one. I ordered 8 personalized Easter baskets for my grandkids that looked like Easter Bunnies back on January 23rd. It is now nearing the end of March. I reached out and they sent me an email saying they are urging the postal service to update the tracking and they assured me they are just as disappointed. I have emailed them a few times over again afterwards and no response in return. I called the postal service and they asked for the tracking number. The tracking started with a 4 and they said USPS would have a tracking. That started with a 9. Also, the lady at the Landing, MI postal service (last known tracking update) said they have been receiving a lot of people calling or coming there where their post office was the last known location listed in US before no further updates showed up. When you read what I assume is “fake tracking” it says the shipment is “unknown.” I was duped and I don’t want any other hard working American to fall for their fake products. Buy American like I should have done.

I just had the same experience! I ordered an Easter basket and was receiving tracking updates until 2/27. It tracked this package from Ireland to Los Angeles and all of the sudden all they can say is “it’s in the mail”. They cannot track it anymore. It’s going to Seattle so it should have arrived. When I asked for a refund because it’s clearly not coming…they quit responding. This company is clearly a fraudulent company so I hope others see this before they order!!!!

Buyer beware, I am not sure this is an actual company. I placed the order on January 17, 2023, and it is now March 14, 2023. It shows as being in Springfield, Illinois since February 15. This is Cake-lust's response

We already shipped your order to our shipper. We just checked, they’re upgrading the delivery system,so we can’t get tracking numbers in time. We’ll contact with them, and will offer your tracking number once they gave us the solution. It won’t be too long to wait, thank you for your understanding.
Less than one star
This company is something else and not great. I was sent the wrong blanket. I tried returning it to get the correct blanket. They then said they would send it out again correctly this time. I never received a label confirming shipping. So I inquired and they said the postal office destroyed this. This has been going on since October of 2022. Today I asked for a refund, they said sure after they charge me shipping cost and loss of product fee or they said they would be happy to charge me again for the blanket with shipping cost. Don't waste your time on this scam.

They actually don't deserve a one star, i believe they are a scam. In my case according to them the product remains in the country of origin, despite tracking saying it arrived a month ago!!
When i asked for a refund my email was sent back by postmaster.
So they have been reported. Hopefully they will no longer be able to scam people in Australia.
