My new go to for cake supplies
I recently ordered some cake tins and red velvet food colouring from Cake Craft Company and was really pleased with my purchase. The cake tins are excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for, and the red velvet colouring gave a lovely rich colour to my bakes.
Everything arrived promptly and was well packaged, and the whole ordering experience was easy and straightforward. I’m really happy with the quality of the products and will definitely be ordering from Cake Craft Company again. Highly recommended! 🎂

Really bad so far
Really bad so far. I ordered cake decorations that arrived scratched and damaged and I paid extra for delivery £17.50!! Which is a lot and I needed them for a cake order. It’s crazy to me how they packaged or sent these items knowing they were bad condition or didn’t bother checking. I sent customer service pictures of proof and they told me I would get a refund. I sent the order back over 2 weeks ago and still no refund or correspondence! And I never would have ordered express shipping either if I knew the items would be damaged!! Not happy. Please refund me as promised!

Item missing, no refund yet
Paid for next day express delivery which was not cheap, and one of the items was missing from my order, a cake box which I urgently needed to transport a cake. I got in contact to advise this was missing from my order and was asked multiple questions regarding the order. Due to timescales and back and forward emails requiring more information this was not resolved in time and the replacement was sent out after the date it was needed for. I have now been chasing for over a month to get a refund on the item that they sent out late and had collected on 8th July and returned back to them. I wouldn't order from here again purely for all the faff involved.
