Item missing, no refund yet
Paid for next day express delivery which was not cheap, and one of the items was missing from my order, a cake box which I urgently needed to transport a cake. I got in contact to advise this was missing from my order and was asked multiple questions regarding the order. Due to timescales and back and forward emails requiring more information this was not resolved in time and the replacement was sent out after the date it was needed for. I have now been chasing for over a month to get a refund on the item that they sent out late and had collected on 8th July and returned back to them. I wouldn't order from here again purely for all the faff involved.

We needed something unique in style , quality made, for decorating a wedding cake. We found it here. Delivered swiftly too. The mould was good quality tough but easy to remove the casts. A shame we cannot show you a photo. The forest of chocolate trees around the wedding cake were FAB!

I am a elderly person who finds it difficult to tell from pictures so rang there customer service for help the gentleman was very nice however did not know to much about the piping nozzles but stated they looked like the right ones I was looking to and he kindly described the size of the container however when my products arrived all the order was wrong I wanted to send it back but the cake craft company want me to pay for my own returns they have not had the decency to contact me after I have reached out to them on two occasions still await for a response very disappointed in the customer service

Missing items/ poor customer service
The box came destroyed. A couple of the items were missing. I have tried calling them to tell them and they said they don’t deal with that so I have to send an email. I have sent a couple of emails and still no response- I have ordered from here a couple times but will not be ordering again- What is the point of having a customer service team and a phone number if we are unable to reach you?!
