Always 10/10 service. Only had an issue once which was due to couriers (not companies fault) but they kept me informed, I didn’t have chase for updates. Their customer service staff were amazing

Order came in good time and as specified. Good quality cake boxes and I am very pleased.

Great customer service. I had problems with delivery and no updates from the courier, after contacting customer services, they resolved the problem and got my package sent back out quickly. I’ve ordered a few times from here now and product choice and products are great

Well where to start???
The communication with this company is hopeless.
My delivery was sent using Evri - why anyone uses this company is beyond me!!
I needed my purchase for a cake order I had. I waited & waited & it never showed up. I emailed Cake Craft Co, they got my orders muddled & gave wrong information. Eventually when they were corrected & knew what I was talking about, they asked if I could have some patience in waiting for my order. By this point, it was too late & I requested a refund.
2 weeks later still no refund.
Evri have delivered 3 weeks after ordering - to the wrong address.
Thankfully whoever it was delivered to has been diligent to drop the package off to me.
I’ve opened it and seen the product sent is OUT OF DATE!!!!!!

And I’m STILL waiting on my refund.
Avoid using this company!!!

Ordered a chocolate mold. Turned up broken. I asked for a refund but they said they’d send out a new product but agreed even though the plastic was very poor quality and cheaply made but needed it. Waited another week and nothing arrived so had to contact them again and just asked for the refund I originally wanted. They sent an email back to me saying refund had been processed.! That was over 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the money back and have contacted them and still no reply.
Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your time and money. Use a reputable company who wishes to deal with their customers correctly.

Good shopping experience, but the shop ran out of stock of one of the items that I purchased, even though it seemed to be available when I placed the order. Customer service was prompt to address the issue, but the process to make the refund did not move at the same speed. That is why I deducted one star.
