it was a breath of fresh air dealing with this company, they explained that the part I ordered may need altering and sent a link to the page to do this. Every step of the way a lady called Claudia has answered my emails with good straight professional replies. This is how every company should treat their customers!! (this could change if my part doesnt arrive soon! X )

Purchased c-line socket, back box and facia plate. Good quality product but came without the necessary screws to mount socket on back box. These really should be supplied and would have resulted in a 5 star review instead of 4.

Ordered 2 extendable replacement oven shelves for my 23 year old caravan oven.

What a fantastic service I have received from Camper Select. I unfortunately received an item that was damaged. I sent photos and emailed the problem. When I called them they were extremely helpful and arranged a replacement item. This duly arrived in a matter of days, and I am pleased to say I am extremely happy with my purchase and their response to the issue.

As they are local to me I arranged to collect, they were all so friendly & helpful.

Ordered bog bits for the van. Paid extra for express delivery and was pleasantly surprised when items arrived quickly and were branded Thetford and not a Chinese cheap copy. Very pleased with transaction.

Just be aware they are Not interested when they supply wrong parts I will never use again

Although item promptly delivered they have no easy returns arrangements when you realise that you have ordered the wrong sized item. Have to post item back myself and wait for its arrival at CamperSelect before getting a refund

I cannot recommend this company more highly. When I had a problem with the water pump on my caravan, they responded quickly and efficiently and, all the time, liaising with their supplier. Their communication and response times are both excellent. They really make you feel as though your custom is important to them.

A fantastic company to deal with, my order came swiftly, one item was out of stock. I rang them to ask if they could hold it back until I returned off holiday, and it arrived after my holiday without prompting. Would definitely use again.

Website says free delivery then when you get through lengthy checkin losing and creating account adds £4 postage,
