I just received a call ,the person on the call was so friendly and clear .I heared everything properly but I couldn't finish the interview because the call just ended I dont know wether its network / Signal in my side or what
I tried to call but I couldn't reach the person .
Im so stressed as I was ready to continue with the interview .

They say they work with Legal RCIC, but how can we proof that all the information is completely legal?
when you pay for your " Evaluation " that is 700$, they are persistent to pay the money before give you all the information, and right after you complete the payment the customer service magically stopped attending your calls, when you finally contact them they already process your "Evaluation", just to NO PROCESS ANY REFOUND. THEY ARE NOT LEGAL AT ALL
Marta Sanchez, she felt insulted just becuase I ask to get my money Back.
Hopefully this comment will be read for everyone to stopped this "Organization", to scam more people.
And I got all the proof of paymentes email and I also record a call

terrible servicio, muy mal atencion al cliente, no estan en canada sus oficinas son en Bulgaria y cuando quieres solicitar un reembolso se justifican diciendo que ya el tramite esta pago y procesado aun cuando fue notificado con anticipo que no se desea continuar
De que sirve comunicarse con los "Canales Regulares", si nunca contestan??
me intente comunicar en repetidas oportunidades luego de hacer el pago y nadie contesto, y cuando finalmente me comunique "ya habian hecho el tramite", que conveniente para no hacer un reembolso
