The person at the store, Shane, was great! Extremely helpful. He also made the purchase quick and easy. Was able to get a quick delivery date.
The people who delivered the appliance were very friendly and extremely considerate of our home when installing.

The installation crew added additional fees which I thought were excessive. Further they did not clean up after and did not take the packaging and garbage with them. But they did take the old copper and metal tap.
