Excellent service de la part du vendeur. Bon produit recommandé et il connait ses articles. Il a aussi su ajusté et faire les démarches nécessaires pour assurer un suivi suite à un problème du transporteur.

Je refuse toutes indemnisations monétaire. J'exige un appareil neuf de marque LG WT7150 cw pour le quel j'ai payé et j'ai rempli votre formulaire de retour et les photos y sont aussi . L'appareil est déjà retourné au 1100 rue Bouvier Québec Unité 310 . J'ai Parlé à Monsieur Marc Therasse et j'espère ne plus à avoir à répondre à de multiples courriels interminables . Remettez moi un appareil de marque LG WT7150 cw c'est tout.
Si vous avez besoin de photos supplémentaire demander les Yoven qui as l'appareil en Backstore.
Advenant tout niaisage supplémentaire je demanderai un remboursement total sur le Champ .

Nous regrettons d'apprendre que votre expérience n'a pas été satisfaisante.
Nos archives montrent que notre équipe après-vente n'a pas refusé d'échanger l'appareil - elle a demandé des photos supplémentaires pour approuver le renvoi de l'appareil à notre entrepôt.
Ces photos n'ont jamais été fournies et nos archives montrent que l'appareil a été déposé dans notre entrepôt, sans autorisation.
Cependant, pour clore cette affaire, nous avons procédé à un remboursement sur votre carte de crédit.
Veuillez compter 5 à 7 jours ouvrables pour que le montant apparaisse sur votre compte.

Le vendeur connaissait bien ces produits et a bien répondu à nos questions. Malheureusement j’ai été déçu par son attitude un peu trop insistant et intimidante lorsque je lui ai dis que je voulais réfléchir à son offres de prix .Et pourtant ,nous sommes toujours restés polis . 3500$ c’est beaucoup ! Nous avons acheté mais avec moins de plaisir.
