This is the second time I've been to CAS for a large appliance, and I've only had great experiences. They are so helpful to organise delivery, haul away and install and both the employees in store and the installers are very polite and friendly. Didn't finish the job, led to flooding
The installers came and discovered the standard washer hoses were too short for installation. They said I needed to purchase longer hoses myself, and gave me instructions, assuring me it was fool-proof. I bought the hoses, installed the hoses successfully, only to realize when I ran the first load that they had neglected to connect the drain hose. (Yes, maybe it was stupid of me not to know this, but that's why I used installers in the first place.) When I called CAS they said there was nothing they could do as it was a liability issue for them that I had installed anything myself. I said it was a liability for me to have used CAS, they had given me no choice, and they could at least pay me back for the plumber I was having to hire. Nope.

Salesperson has been very helpful. We had problems when the fridge was delivered and it had 2 dents in the door. He kept checking in to make sure everything was ok. The problem was the after sales dept referred me to the manufacturer rather than doing that work themselves. What is their actual job???
