No respeta los plazos de entrega y el pedido llega mucho más tarde de acordado, esto genera retrasos también en mi propios clientes.
Muy decepcionada con el servicio y venta de esta tienda.

La respuesta publicada por Canatura no se refiere a los pedidos objeto de esta reclamación.
El pedido que mencionan como enviado el día 14 corresponde a un pedido anterior. Mi reclamación actual se refiere a los pedidos 2260461409 y 2260461709, realizados los días 26 y 27 de septiembre y aceptados por Packeta el 29 de septiembre.
A día 5 de octubre siguen sin ser entregados. De hecho, hoy la propia empresa me ha confirmado por correo electrónico que los paquetes siguen con otro transportista, viajando vía Alemania, que todavía no han sido entregados al transportista local y que la entrega podría tardar otros 3–4 días laborables o incluso más.
Por tanto, no se trata de una “impresión” mía sobre el plazo de entrega. Se trata de dos pedidos concretos cuyo servicio de transporte, pagado con un plazo determinado, no se está cumpliendo.
Agradecería que Canatura respondiera públicamente sobre estos dos pedidos concretos, en lugar de utilizar los datos de un pedido anterior.

Lamentamos la confusión en nuestra respuesta anterior. Entendemos que su comentario se refiere a los pedidos 2260461409 y 2260461709.
Ambos pedidos fueron realizados los días 26 y 27 de septiembre y fueron entregados al transportista el 29 de septiembre, ya que el 28 de septiembre era día festivo en la República Checa.
Entendemos que al realizar los pedidos eligió y pagó un servicio de transporte con un plazo de entrega indicado de 4–5 días laborables, por lo que esperaba recibirlos dentro de este plazo. Según la información disponible actualmente, los paquetes siguen en tránsito a través de Alemania y todavía no han sido entregados al transportista local en España. Lamentablemente, esto significa que el plazo de entrega previsto no se ha cumplido.
Entendemos perfectamente su frustración, especialmente porque este retraso puede causar también inconvenientes a sus propios clientes. Lamentamos sinceramente las molestias ocasionadas.
Actualmente estamos intentando obtener información actualizada del transportista sobre ambos envíos y también estamos revisando su solicitud relacionada con los gastos de transporte.
Para poder resolver toda la situación de la mejor manera posible y tratarla directamente con usted, nuestro representante comercial para España se pondrá en contacto con usted directamente para continuar gestionando el caso de forma individual.
Una vez más, lamentamos la confusión causada por nuestra respuesta anterior y agradecemos que nos haya aclarado la situación. Tomamos sus comentarios muy en serio y haremos todo lo posible para resolver la situación lo antes posible.

Disappointing Delivery Times and Poor Availability
Unfortunately, the delivery time was once again far too long. Once again, the reason given was a warehouse relocation. On top of that, many items were unavailable, which made the entire ordering process even more frustrating.
Overall, the whole ordering and delivery process has become very disappointing. Recurring delays and poor product availability really need to be addressed.

I pay but don't receive, 2 out of 3 orders. Bad choice of couriers. 2 years ago I ordered hhc-p, with the brand canapyff, for about 2000€, however, secretly there was HHC in the composition of many of the vapes and liquids, without it being mentioned on the label, in Bulgaria HHC was banned by law, but HHC-P is not yet. I was sentenced to 2 years probation for this and I am still appealing. I can prove it with documents from the national crime laboratory! I am very happy! Thank you!
