I have ordered from Canvas Beauty on 5 different occasions and I received my order no more than 7 days after I’ve ordered. I have a total of 16 different body butters and my favorite by far are: Mango Mania, Watermelon Wonder, Somewhere Warm, Billion Dollar Baby, Te Amo, KreamPuff
My non favorites: Banana Cream Pie, Cotton Candy, My Presence Is A Present, Vanillionaire

Use the products with your perfect body spray or perfume and it compliments it so well and lasts longer. I love how the glaze melts and keeps my skin shiny and it helps whenever I experience an eczema outbreak also.

Product smells disgusting. I’m a grown woman I do not want to smell like expired cake. It took an eternity to get here and the owner is rude. I like to support blk owned businesses but not this one sorry. Never again she’s not in it for longevity this is a hustle.

Customer service response is lacking, she also sells way more product than she can keep up with in orders to send out in a timely matter, take our money and make us wait on inventory to restock because she doesn’t want to turn down any money. Seems like the business has gotten too big for her, figuratively and literally. Then when they do respond, the response will be shady, if she treats her customers like that, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I spent a lot of money purchasing her products but almost every transaction has been such a headache. I guess I’ll give the other lady on that one show a try now and see if shipping and fulfillment and good customer service comes from it.

This review isn't based on the products because the products are great. However the big sale held the day after Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday shows they still alot of improving to do. It took weeks to start seeing movement on orders I placed. Given the issues with product integrity (buttercream) and couriers ( FedEx and USPS) being swamped this has lead to orders I placed 11/29 that still have not been delivered. My last remaining orders have not updated since 12/6 when the initial label was created. FedEx stated they haven't received the orders to ship and when I did reach out to Canvas Beauty's Customer Service Team I got canned AI responses that does not relate to my issue. Customer Service which is usually very responsive has stopped replying to email including new ones I've sent about missing/damaged items received. While they were swapped and had to get out over 110K orders it seems now that new year has rolled around there have been no updates or guidance regarding orders. The funny thing is their is another Tik Tok live scheduled for 1/16 and there's been no resolution for many of us who placed orders on 11/29 and 12/2. Canvas Beauty please focus and resolve this issue first! Also they need to ship orders out based on order number. It shouldn't matter that bigger items take longer to package. This is some of the reason for the many frustrations as people who order after you have received their order(s).

I just wanted to say that I sent some friends a link to purchase some glaze at $9. Come to find out the link was a fraud, and they never received their products!!!!! So everyone, please go back and check the link, and look into the URL to see if the "REAL" link comes up.... Compare it to the link on her site....b/c shop canvas beauty is NOT the correct site. Just a customer feeling bad for the company!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ORDERED BK IN NOV AN ITS ALMOST JAN. MY ORDER NEVER SHIPPED AN THEY NOT GIVIN ME A REFUND. IM OUT OF MY MONEY AN STILL NO PRODUCT. HIGHLY PISSED

I made a purchase 9/2024 and have yet to receive my items as of yet. I have sent several email and was told my order will be mailed shortly. It is now 12/3/2024 and I still haven't received my purchase.

I'm ordered $76 of body butters October 26and 28. Immediately received email saying order shipped but also said no tracking information. It is now November 30 and things are the same. I have sent 3 emails to this company with no response!! Refund my money or ship the items I ordered !!!!

I have been using the hair oil and it really works on me and my daughter. Now that glaze got me in a choke as well as my husband! I will never stop purchasing! They could never make me hate u Stormi!

Ordered mine on Oct 30th no tracking number no response to email calling bank to reverse the charges.

I ordered my product 10/28 and items still not shipped. I also emailed twice with no response. Horrible customer service!!!

I ordered November 8 and I still haven’t received my order I will not order from Stormi again

I ordered Scent from Heaven and the original donut. I didn't want to purchase too many at one time. This was to test the smells. I am susceptible to strong smells. I am in the military in another country. I was at the Military Passenger terminal and the ladies behind the counter kept asking what that smell was. They thought it was the Starbucks the Soldiers just purchased. I laughed and opened my Canvas Heaven Scent. They said that's it! What is that? It smells so good. I don't advertise for free, but I wanted them to know what they were smelling so they could also purchase it. I gave all the information needed to purchase the products. Thank you Mrs. Steele for shipping to Western Asia.

I received product from Canvas Beauty Brand that smells like it has been on the shelf for years. It smells so rancid. I paid $25.00 for it and I am not able to use it and the seller let me know, there are no returns. Highly disappointed, this seller made history on Tik Tok and is okay with selling old products.

Will continue to use until it runs out, but likely won’t repurchase. But I love to support a successful woman!!

Pros : the website is clear in communication about shipping.. it took about the exact time the website stated. There are a loooot of different scents, and the notes are listed, so you can shop according to what you like. I enjoy applying the oil right after a shower.

Cons : there’s a no return policy and I bought 4 sets of glaze / oil thinking I would love it and I do not. The only scent that was enjoyable was glazed donut; the others don’t really smell how they’re supposed to, even rubbed on your skin. This is a GLAZE - not a lotion or butter - it will be OILY. This is MY fault for not researching better. I think it’s better for dryer skin type, maybe it will absorb easier.

This is a body glaze, a thick, organic oil. There's no way you get that glaze without some oiliness. I bought the toasted marshmallow scent. And omg I'm obsessed. I've been using it two days now and my skin feels so much softer. Even my elbows where it is rough is drastically softer. Wow!! I'll be buying more. This product is a glaze and is meant to stay on the surface of your skin to give it that sheen. Don't buy this thinking it is a lotion. It is not. The scent lasts for hours. This is an amazing product and I'm confused by the bad reviews. What did you think it would be? It's a glaze. Anyhow, I can't wait to try all their scents. That being said, I'm going to go slather myself in glaze so I can smell myself all day. Oh, btw, 2 days in and its helping the creeping lines on my cleavage and the dryness on my neck. Definitely anti aging.

The smell on the straberry body butter made me so sick... i puts some on my arm. My arm was tingling and I could not get the smell off of me and out of my car.. very dissapointed. The smell is sickning. No customer service number..

Purchased the body butter, the pineapple scent. I didn't care for the smell it made me nauseous. People claim it doesn't leave your skin feeling oily and that's not true it definitely does leave the skin oily and it's uncomfortable when you're hot. People also claim that you can smell it all day and Stormy claim ppl ask "you smell good what do you have on" that's also not true the smell definitely wears off. I tried it because of all of the hype it wasn't worth it and I won't be purchasing again

I regret saying! The body glaze, has an overbearing smell of wax…with a hint of the scent of your choosing. The body waxes are a total waste of time and money. The oils do smell better, but they have so much water content, that within hours. You are left ashy and your skin isn’t at all moist.
I have had to mix the body oils, with another lotion. And the body glaze….had too be trashed
