I was excited about this company however they seem not to be able to keep up with demand. I placed an order during Black Friday and it’s now December 22, 2022 and no update at all. I’ve contacted them via email and two weeks later still no response! I understand being busy however not responding to customers who have helped this business grown is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I doubt I will order again and will take my money and business elsewhere where the company really values their customers.

I placed an order on October 28 and I have not received my order as of yet. November 28 is when I got a notification that my order shipped but the only thing that’s been done is the label was created. I will never order from this company again. If it’s not in store I will not buy it. The customer service is terrible.

Shipping. What good is a product if you can not use it consistently.

This company appears to be unable to keep up with not only supply demand but a reasonable shipping time as well.

I have been using the hair oil for just a few weeks i just tried the deep conditioner it was ok the regular conditioner had silicone in it (dimethicome) which is awful for hair in the long run i was so disappointed that was ingredient in the product

I purchased the canvas serum and it did not work for me. My scalp burned and I had to wash out the product. I currently have alopecia in the top and it particularly burned that part of my scalp. My scalp was also itchy after use. I hope this helps someone. Please try the product on a small part of your scalp before placing it all over.

I’ve ordered from Canvas twice. I have not experienced any problems regarding ordering. The first order took longer to process than the second, but both arrived within reasonable timeframes. Initially, I ordered the hair oil and conditioner. My scalp broke out from the oil, so that was a waste. The second time around, I ordered shampoo and conditioner, and I got the booster thrown in for free. I don’t know if that was purposely done or not! I used the booster, then the shampoo, followed by the conditioner. Once again, my scalp broke out. So, I don’t know if it’s the quality of the ingredients or if they contain irritants that don’t agree with my scalp, but I will no longer order from Canvas.

I love the hair oil, and shampoo and conditioner I happy with the products so far. Well on August 27th I saw her promo on the hair infusion for the scalp and today September 25th. I’VE RECEIVED NOTHING. The money is taken out of my account and NO TEXT or Email, tracking number just NOTHING. PLEASE HELP ME. I should get something free for ALL THIS MESS. This what I got request # 131989.

I loved the products on my hair. My hair is growing back from postpartum shedding so that's a plus. The downside is I feel like the products are too expensive for me to be waiting for almost a month to receive them. I had to contact customer service in order for them to ship my package.

I placed a order on July 30 and have not received my items. I have emailed several time with no response. I received an email on August the 30th with a tracking number but usps stated they are awaiting the items. I try to support but this company is very unprofessional are either a scam. I will never order from them again

It saddens me to write this because I always try to support. I ordered the “Birthday Box” on July 29th..on Aug 22 I received a tracking number which stated USPS is awaiting the item. It is Sept 2nd and it says the same as before. I have sent emails with no response. THIS IS WHY YOU CANT SUPPORT CERTAIN BUSINESSES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waist your TIME oORDERING from this SCAMMER. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HER. I DONT WANT IT EVEN IF ITS FREE. CANVAS BEAUTY BRAND IS A SCAM.

I've only tried the shampoo and conditioner and it works sensational. I was very agitated with my hair several months ago and globs of hair would fall out when I shampooed it. I was very depressed and thought I had alopecia. It's hereditary and I still had a small bald spot . Well, since I've been using Canvas my hair is no longer shedding, the bald spot has diminished and my hair is growing thicker and longer faster than I'd seen in years.

I wish I had actually read this reviews before ordering. It's been 4 weeks and this company never shipped my item. They took 200cad and stated it was not refundable. I have actually been scammed and I wish there's a way to report them for fraud.PLS DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am so sorry some of you had terrible issues with the product. The hairgrowth serum didn't break off my hair but it didn't grow my hair either. I have tried a couple of their other products and I love them. I had an issue though with delivery of one out of two items. I emailed them, got a response in a day or two, was given instructions on what to do. I did as instructed and received my order in about 4 weeks. This is current since around July 2022.

My head has been itching for days since washing my hair with the Full Bloom shampoo and conditioner and now my hair is coming out and my curl pattern is damaged! My hair will never be the same ! Be careful out there.

0 stars... Like some others, the shampoo and conditioners were okay, but the serum is problematic. The serum has caused excessive thinning and overall hair loss for me. Hair was in a healthy state prior to use. Now, hair is ridiculously thin and constantly shedding. Deeply regret using this product. While it may go without saying that everyone will not experience the advertised growth, it should be said and listed in the disclosures that some may experience hair loss... And with the number of reviewers experiencing the same type of hair loss, it can hardly be said that such is an anomaly. The company should forewarn people of the possible negative side effects of use. The products are too expensive of a purchase, to not be put on notice of this very real possibility.

After 5 weeks, so far, so good! My hair is natural and so fine that a stiff wind will break it off, LOL! I notice that my curls seem so nourished and bouyant and my hair and scalp love the treatments.

It took 2 weeks for my little kit to arrive, I did purchase the set of shampoo, conditioner, full bloom hair hair follicle booster and serum and are using them, per the directions.

Our hair is so different, and the crazy 3, 4 ect ratings do not apply to every person, as every product does not work for every person. You have to try things out and see if they work for your specific hair curl, and hair structure.

I ordered the hair serum and full bloom deep conditioner. After reading some reviews (which I wish I had read first) I tried to cancel my order before it could be processed to ship but their policy said no cancellations and no returns for refund. Right then that made me leery of the product. Unlike others the product did ship fast which I believe was because I wanted to cancel the order. When product arrive I did try it for myself only to see large amounts of shedding. Mind you I have all natural hair and it was healthy. My hair never shedded like this before until I used this product. And first of all who would ever put this thick #@# oil in their hair everyday or even every other day. that I found to be insane. This product is horrible and should be pulled from the market. This cost me over $70 including the shipping and handling for something I will never use again. Right now I'm fighting to get my money back but I get no response from their customer service. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and still have not received a response yet.

Definitely bulk up your order when you purchase, because shipping can take weeks. First ordered I placed took 21 days and second order is now going on 29 days. I received a tracking number, but it's just still sitting.

I ordered products on December 15, 2021. Today is 1/04/2022 and I've not received anything. This totally unacceptable!!

So many negative posts.. I've been using it for a year and it seems to be doing a good job.
