Car Audio Direct is a great website with a great team behind it.
Their prices seems to be reasonable and their shipping fees too.

I ordered some stuff for my 207 but few weeks later i didn't received anything. And no way to track the shipping.

So i wrote them an email about my problem. They quickly responded that they were making an inquiry.
A few minutes later they gave me my real tracking number and i could take it in my relay.

The same evening i put everything in my 207 and it works !
I have a brand new Sony Mex-N5000BT in my car.

I had contact by email, to ask if they also send overseas to holland. Quick response.
After I ordered and paid, I received an email, they asked me if i found everything, because they were thinking I missed 1 out of the 2 cables.

Recently bought all the connections needed to fit an after market stereo unit to a LR Freelander 2, just told these guys the model and year, and they made up the list of what was needed, fitted it all myself and all working fine, including steering wheel controls :) Dealt with Jon and Lee for some after sales support and questions, and these guys are really excellent! bought from them before and will again.

I ordered the ''JVC KD-R951BT Car CD/USB Player with Bluetooth'' and came home in 2 days. Very good contact, as they replied to my emails about the Invoice and the estimated delivery time, immediately.

The guys at Car Audio Direct (forthwith referred to as C.A.D), are really considerate towards your (the customer) needs and willing to do what they can to help their customers, they offer really competitive prices and fast shipping even internationally, if they don't have it they will help you with suggestions for alternatives, by using their considerable technical knowledge of the products.

It was a real pleasure to support C.A.D and will definitely do so again in part 2 of my current project (components, additional amp and wiring)

This is my first experience with this company and I must say I'm impressed. Firstly, they price matched the head unit I was interested in after I cheekily asked them to :-) Secondly, I queried the lack of screws needed to fit the unit (Pioneer don't supply them for some mad reason) and they said they would gladly send me some and I have no doubt at all that they will arrive in due course. Also the delivery was next day even though I ordered quite late the day before.

Ordered a new radio on the 31/12/14 after having spoken to the company to make sure it would fit my vehicle. It arrived in France on the 5/01/15 well packaged, fitted it the same day and everything worked perfectly.
Couldn't believe how fast it arrived, taking into consideration it was the New Year!

I am in the process of buying a new car stereo for my other half for Christmas and am clueless when it comes to things like this. Without even prompting, CAD emailed me to check whether I needed an additional lead to make things work and guided me to the correct facia. Very quick to respond and amend the order and so helpful. Would recommend to anyone ... Not in the least just because their prices are competitive!

I ordered a replacement car stereo speakers and a facia plate for my ageing Fiesta.

Car Audio Direct were selling the speakers and plate cheaper than anyone else and their P&P is very reasonable, so I fired the order in.

The order arrived 2 days later and it was exactly what I hoped it would be - quality kit at a great price!

Alas, the facia panel had had one of the plastic lugs/clips busted off in transit, so I emailed the guys. They dispatched a replacement asap, and it's now sitting in my old Fiesta's dash - just the dog's danglies!

I heartily recommend using Car Audio Direct because of their no-nonsense approach to customer service also for their rapid turn-around when dealing with any order issues.

I will definitely be using Car Audio Direct again!

From initial enquiry about a suitable stereo and then advice for which adapters I would need, even down to me changing my mind at the last minute about the actual stereo from double din to single din... the team gave me sound advice and excellent speedy service.. I was able to fit the new chosen stereo into my Audi A3 and connect everything so even steering controls and car aerial all interact correctly and my duplicated over ordered aerials for adapting my specific Audi set up were returned for refund using an online form.....

Just a quick note to say that I ordered an aftermarket stereo with harness but forgot to include in the order the patch lead that connects to the steering wheel. As I was anticipating installing this today (day of delivery) I suddenly saw my mistake and I called up Car Audio Direct. The kind chap told me that they had included the patch lead as a good will gesture (usually £3). Now that's what I call fantastic customer focused service. They anticipated that this was a silly mistake and at cost to themselves corrected it for me so that I'm not stuck due to my own ignorance!

I ordered an aerial adapter for my BMW 1 Series. After receiving the part and being unsure how to fit it I contacted the seller and they quickly pointed me in the right direction and I was able to successfully fit the piece myself. Thank you for your help, time and patience.

First of all, i bought a fascia and a sony head unit. The head unit was fine no problems at all, all in working order, although the fascia that i ordered was badly manufactured and was no where near good enough to high standards it also came with a Connect2 and that had a missing wire to operate the steering controls so they was then no good. So i returned the fascia and it arrived to them on the 4th August, so i was expecting a return LATEST thursday, however i contacted someone from their returns department who told me when i asked on saturday that my return would be refunded on the monday, however yesterday i received still no refund and the person from the returns department is ignoring my e-mails - this is not a good business to deal with because you will never be fully satisfied. The service is fine when your giving money but when you want money back they don't want to know. USE CAR AUDIO SECURITY fully satisfied with everything they gave me and they gave me no reason to return anything.

I just wanted to write to praise you on your service. I had real problems with getting the correct wiring harness, but you persevered and I now have a fully functioning radio.

But I must praise Lee personally, he was incredibly patient, efficient and courteous, even when I was probably infuriating him with my lack of knowledge and dealt with my refunds and transactions without hesitation.
