DISONESTI OPERATORI DELLA CARMOTION DI CATANIA.Pagato dal 19 Agosto il costo di una panda con assicurazione266 euro, ieri I'11/10/2025 per precisione li ho chiamati, avrei dovuto ritirare il veicolo Eentro le 22, e io arrivavo alle21:55
Il dipendente del mattino mi ha avvisato di fargli inviare una mail dal portale cechk 24 (il brocher)perche ' la chiusura era alle22, inoltre che avrei avuto un sovraprezzo di 61,50 euro per lavoro straordinario che doveva essere accettato dalla direzione, inoltre mi ha detto di richiamare dopo le 16 per avvisare la collega della chiusura e ho accettato.Alle 16 ho chiamato la collega, la quale mi ha consigliato di cancellare la prenotazione e di farne una nuova in quanto non avrei potuto in 5 minuti ritirare il veicolo, io ho chiesto perche' visto che la Carmotion e' attaccata all'aereoporto, lei mi ha risposto che non era possibile che arrivassi entro le 22.Da notare che il numero del mio volo e' specificato sul contratto.Poi mi ha chiesto di farla chiamare dal Brocher cechk24 e io l'ho fatta chiamare.
Anche dopo il loro contatto anche cechk 24 mi ha consigliato di cancellare la prenotazione e se desideravo mi avrebbe mandato nuove offerte,perche' nessuno mi avrebbe atteso anche se fossi arrivato un minuto dopi.Ho cancellato la prenotazione alle ore 17, perdendo l'importo di 210 euro(ho recuperato solo l'assicurazione).
Le nuove offerte che ho ricevuto erano di nuovo della Carmotion valide sino alle ore 23 al quadruplo del prezzo precedentemente pagato.DISONESTI.

Gebucht mit der Werbung "ohne Kreditkarte ohne Anzahlung". Ich hatte eine Vollversicherung abgeschlossen. Reifen Fenster Unterboden usw. Hatte einen Steinschlag und bekam trotzdem eine Rechnung. Unter Vollversicherung verstehe ich was anderes. Finger weg.

Super super consigliato, non mi sono mai trovata bene cone quando ho noleggiato attraverso car n motion. Non serve la carta di credito, che per chi non ce l'ha ovviamente è sempre un grande problema con i noleggi, la loro assicurazione copre tutto ad un prezzo vantaggioso e arrivati da Europcar (che è la compagnia di noleggio che ci ha fornito la macchina) non hanno provato a venderci ulteriori assicurazioni. In più, il noleggio fatto attraverso il sito di Europcar sarebbe costato di più. Davvero fantastico!

Franchement j’ai jamais vu une telle agence de location qui savent pas fidéliser leur client, avec beaucoup de problèmes techniques sur l application ou le site j’arrive même pas à réinitialiser mon compte ni sur le site ni sur l application, lorsque j’appelle il me dise qu’il font seulement des réservations par téléphone je sais pas si il des personnes responsables ou nn dans cette agence

Newly discovered this company after 20 years of traveling through Europe. The inscription with the ID and DL control is a bit complicated, but at the end all went good.
Fantastic service, a brand new car (gorgeous color), perfect cleaned, delivered at the arrival, no deposit, no credit card. Return - earlier as planed - without problems in 3 minutes. Price is fair, considered the complete protection included.
Nowhere in Greece nor in other country we found such a fantastic service. We'll definitely use again.

Pagato in anticipo tramite carta di debito, zero deposito e soprattutto non è richiesta la carta di credito.

After struggling to find a rental service that didn't want a credit card deposit we came across Carnmotion. Flawless service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

To the best of my knowledge, this is the only site that allows car renting without a credit card in Greece. That's terrific - but the greatest thing is the helpfulness and quality of their support which is simply superb. Way to go Katia.

My experience with car n motion was great! The car was in good condition and the staff were very polite and helpful and answered all our questions. The procedure was easy and they gave me all the information I needed. I will definitely rent a car from them again in the future and I recommend them to everyone.
