DO NOT BUY OFF THESE SCAMMERS! They offer items that are NOT really available. When you call to cancel what they call 'backordered' they will harass you and try saying they never charged you when in fact they did! They also automatically sign you up for Perks account and steal $15 without telling you. They have a separate number for this scam. They also sneak emails about it under spam mail. Mean scammers! No products available!! Theft!!! Steer Clear!!!!

I RETURNED ONE ITEM OUT OF 4 THAT WAS PURCHASED. I USED THE C.W. SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED. TWO MONTHS AND 4 CALLS LATER, I AM TOLD THAT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR DELAY... REALY?!?!? THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER FROM THEM. I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE REVIEWS AND JUST ORDERED FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH AT LEAST 4 STARS.

I bought a pair of slippers as a gift. They were too small so I returned them, using the label they provided. Original cost was just shy of $30 and the return to my card was $11 . Really? It would appear fruitless to buy from this company. Their catalogues will go straight to the trash.

they advertise items in their catalogs that they don't have i ordered boots for Christmas gift in October and 4 times they changed the shipping date, they shouldn't put items for sale that they don't have

Worst service ever. First; they claim "FREE SHIPPING" but still has a HIDDEN "COVID SURCHARGE" (seems to me it could be illegal in most states)
Second; Do not keep you posted with delivery times. I placed an order on Early October, after several weeks went by, I checked to see status, and claimed it would be shipped on Dec/15, well I want it to decorate BEFORE CHRISTMASTIME not after, was I notified? NO, NEVER AT ALL. Then customer service over the phone was extremely RUDE when I asked, why wasn't I advised about time.

I will never ever do business with this company again or any other companies affiliated with them. They are horrible. I can't write what I really want to say due to the offensive nature. They deserve zero stars.

Worst company ever. The product was subpar, clothes didn't wash well. Tried getting info to return the entire order for weeks, Final boxed up the order myself with a copy of the packing slip and I went to the post office and paid myself to ship it back. Only receive half of the credit because there was a return shipping fee for each of the 6 items. I spent an hour this evening gon the phone with 4 different people and NOONE could answer me or fix the problem and then after being transferred 4 times they said sorry we are closing so I can't help you in my department and I can't transfer you to anyone so you will need to call back tomorrow!!!!

I am disturbed by the fact there is a dildo section right between towels and kids' toys in the catalog that came in the mail.We had to rip out those pages so the children wouldn't see them.

I purchase 2 pair of shoes, when I got the first pair they were to narrow for being wide so I called and canceled the other pair. When I finally got my refund back it was only half of what I paid for the shoes.

I purchased a $15 pair of shoes from Carol Wright and when I checked my credit card 2 months later I noticed they had signed my up for a perks subscription at $14.95 per month and was charged twice already. I called customer service and they said could not direct me to someone that could refund my money and did not have a number for refunds but my account was canceled. I called again a few days later and was finally given the number of the perks department. She said they would refund my money, but that remains to be seen. I did receive an email saying the account was canceled which is what the lady told me last time I called.

My worst experience buying by catalogue. This company FALSE advertise Free shipping advertise and charge you $22.30 (shipping and if you return some item). I received a wrong item and I have to pay for their mistake. Until today, I still waiting for my money back after returned the item and for the two others things that never received.

Customer service lacks. Majority of time reps do not understand due to non American location and/or do not follow instructions. The experience is hit or miss.

Ordered item online through website. Item shipped next day ( supposedly). Takes 5-7 business days. Tracking information item shows still in warehouse in NJ. Called frequently and told item shipped. No information on Fed Ex site or USPS. Horrible customer service, they talked to me like I was dumb. They also need customer service agents that can speak clearly!!😡

I know i'm not the only person who had this issue but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE I had my family buy something from them for there room and they charged me $14.95 extra for this month when no one bought anything else from this website its a good thing I checked earlier or they would have charged me with more money if i could give this place zero stars i would. its not right to take money out of anyone's card without consent. I froze my card and now I have to get a new one.

Ordered just under $100 bathroom set for my mom for Mother’s Day in May 2020 every month since they have charged my card without my permission it is now September 2020. May, June & July 2020 I was charged $14.95 each month when I called and asked why I was charge they told me I signed up to be a member I told them I did not sign up for membership and would like proof that I did their response was “we can just refund it” & they did all 3 months. Then September 2020 I did not get charged a membership fee but now all of a sudden they charge $31 and some change claiming I had an item on back order which was false my mom had already received everything I ordered for her in May 2020. They did refund the 4 transactions they did not have my permission for However it’s the points don’t go in my bank account and take my money without my permission and think I’m going to feel good about it or happy that I have to call you to get money of mines that you was never supposed to take. My experience with this company makes me feel I should tell everyone do not trust them with your debit card information!

Would of given 0 star if possible. I ordered a battery operated nail file months ago. It was on back order. It finally shipped on 8-25-2020. It still has not arrived. I checked the tracking on it and it shows it to be sitting at a FedEx location since 8 28-2020. I called customer support and explained the situation to them. I was told because it had shipped it was my problem! I will not do business with them again. They got my money but are not concerned about making sure I got my product. I do not recommend them to anyone!

Ordered an item. total was $22.25. "I" paid to ship it back as it was horrible. Had to call for refund and was told it was only going to be $15.96.
This is the 2nd time I've had problems with this God forsaken company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

They keep billing me for items that I never got back in February. They tell me in emails that they will correct the problem, yet every month I get a bill. Impossible to reach on the telephone. I have emails ( over 20) from them telling me that they are fixing this, yet they don't. Do not do business with them!!

Please be careful on back orders. When it does come in they don't ask you if you still want it. They just take the money right out of your account which overstaffed my account. Please be careful on back orders.

The last two orders I placed they cancelled it for no reason. I tried to send and e- mail and their “ contact us” don’t function .
