Rip off not even close to the colour avoid

Ordered silverstone silver.
Bottle may have had the right code on it. Once opened the bottle I can only describe as contents tantamount to simple black paint.
Still waiting for a reply.
Wished I’d have seen this page before.
Needless to say I wouldn’t have wasted time and money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Placed an order for 2 x paint pots that did not arrive. Sent numerous emails asking for my money back but just kept getting ignored, apart from one about 2 weeks later telling me to wait a bit longer for my delivery, then one with an invoice attached telling me my order was now complete.

Bought the touch-up paint, didn't use it for a while, opened the bottle and it's all congealed and useless.

Emailed Car Paint Repair and they didn't even respond to my email.

Contrary to the many negative reviews, I give this company 5 stars.
Communication was excellent being emailed throughout the process and the paint kit arrived earlier than expected, well packed and exactly what I requested.
Well done and I will definitely use this company again.

Unlike many others mine arrived OK, I didn't get round to using the paint for a while. The clearcoat was fine, but the base colour was congealed and useless, emailed and still awaiting a reply, not good as I have touch ups that are 10 years old that still work fine.

Would be no stars but can't give that. Ordered touch up paint on 23rd Sept and it said if not delivered within 10 days then email them. 4 emails later and finally received a reply saying they must have been on holiday but it's been sent. Still waiting, no one answers the phone and rarely answer the emails

What a total waste of time this bunch are, I placed my order for paint on 25th June, we are now at the 1st August and I am STILL waiting for the paint. As with other people I get no reply from emails and only an answer machine when you ring up. BE WARNED YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered and paid for 4 items. Only 3 arrived but invoice included had all 4 items on it. Don't answer phone and don't reply to emails. Useless!

Awful company. like many I should have read reviews before my order. Don't go near them. They take your money and then avoid all contact by not answering calls and e mails.

There is a lot of bad reviews on here, but that is mainly due to the amount of time it takes to deliver. it took about 20 days to recieve my order, i waited patiently. there is obviously a few ppl here who expect it within a few days. the email i did send was replied to within 2 days.

I ordered paint from this website, they took the money straight away including postage and have not received anything.

I called the number you get an answering machine, I emailed them but no response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ROTTEn SCAMMERS

Rip off, rip off ,rip off. This company do not fulfil orders, do not answer emails ,do not answer the phone.
They take your money then ignore you! Worldpay also appear to be in on the scam as they are uncontactable as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Still waiting for my order after 4 weeks emailed them no reply tried calling no answer only answer machine.
Would not recommend this company. Hopefully I will get my order but not banking on it.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Delay in sending as they could not match my colour so I had to find it online for them?! I knew once it had arrived as could smell the paint in the hallway before I even got there. It would seem the clear laquer leaked everywhere in the jiffy bag. Sent them a picture to advise that the paint should be packaged better and not heard a thing since.

Yesterday I randomly had an email from them confirming my order??? WHAT ORDER!!! Emailed them to ask what is going on but surprise surprise no response. If I am charged again there will be hell to pay

Received the kit today. Everything is as ordered delivered within the given time frame so can't give less than 5star rating.

Unfortunately I had to give a one star to write this , under no circumstances use these people they are a scam , they do not send the paint and the site that takes the money World pay appear to be in on it as they don’t reply either.
