I didn't know a company could be quite so awful. Not only did my order not arrive, you can't leave a voicemessage. They promise to reply to emails within 24 hours and don't. I had to claim the money back from my credit card. They shouldn't be in business.

Awful company.
I ordered something by mistake, cancelled it later the same day, they totally ignored my request and sent it anyway a WEEK later.
No customer service at all, non existent.

No goods received. Its a total scam!
They have automated responses to emails but do not reply with any order details. Also can't be contacted through phone.
Currently trying to retrieve money back through credit card company.
Please save yourself the hassle and stay well away.

Must be truthful, after reading reviews I had great concerns after ordering. Slight delay in acknowledging, but received an email explaining the full process and when to expect receipt of my order. There were no problems, my paint arrived in five days. packed securely and the right colour. So for me, very satisfied.

Please avoid using this company!!! SCAM!!!
I wish I had googled them before placing my order which I never received.
Never replied to my emails.
Never answered numerous calls I made.
Surely they have got to be shut down!
Disgraceful.
I also logged a complaint with trading standard.

I did receive my paint so looking at the reviews I was one of the lucky ones but by the time I came to use it the paint had dried up in the cheap plastic bottle as the thinners escaped through the bottle - the cap was tightly screwed on
Have tried to get replacement and like most others have only received an automatic acknowledgement to my 3 attempts
Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering!!!

Fraudulent, nothing delivered, cannot be reached by phone or email. The 5 star reviews have without doubt been written by the fraudsters themselves. Why have they not been blocked by google?

3 weeks to recieve leaked wrong colour overpriced paint. Sent 7 emails as paint they sent is usless ( completely wrong colour code) and Not a single reply!
By far the worst on line company I have used in resent years.
Total waste of time and money hope you go out of business asap so know one else gives there money to your appalling company!!!

I should have learned my lesson. I have ordered twice from these people (different cars) and each time the colour has been no where near. They do nit reply to emails.

Do not use this company, total scam. They did supply some grey liquid which they claimed to be paint, but unfortunately my car is red. Despite chasing this company by email, the last from them being 29th November, I have had no response and have been forced to contact West Lothian Trading standards, telephone number 01501 280000, if you can’t get through to them by phone they have an email address and register the complaint that way.

I contacted my credit card company for a refund, but the cost incurred in returning the item is not worth it, so I have resigned myself to losing the money.

Can I suggest everybody who as had problems do the same, contact the trading standards office, and maybe action will be taken that will prevent future customers being scammed.

Car Paint Repair is a total scam. They will never answer telephone calls or reply to emails.

A lovely lady called Claire Fleming helped get a FULL REFUND for me within a week.

They are aware of this scam company but please report all issues to enable a full refund.

Like everyone else, Dont order.
Ordered 3 weeks ago and can't contact them. Phones not answered and automated email.
They emailed for my code and that was the end of it! Crooks

The only reason I have given them one star is that I couldn't continue until I did.
I received 2 bottles1 was the lacquer and the other bottle I can only describe as tipex which was supposed to be the coloured paint. This was genius because they have fulfilled their contract with me unless I send it back and say its not the correct paint. This would then cost me money and there is no chance of them sending the correct paint back because its a scam. They are relying on people to give up as they realise people can't be bothered messing about to get a small amount of money back. That 10 to 15 pound adds up to a great little scam if you add up all the money this guy has made within the last ten years its a great business and nothing has been done about it. Any positive reviews you see are bogus. What I am surprised is that no one has visited the car paint site and challenged these crooks.
I've heard Scotland is quite cold in December...... I suppose I could always put a few layers on when I visit!

Cannot fault them. My order was acknowledged by email. Delivery was fairly quick. The colour matched my car perfectly. I am very pleased. I'd definitely use this company again if needed.

one bottle I had is like water !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they will not confirm the instructions are correct how on earth do you put a thick paint on followed by a almost water colour then top seal.
if it damages my car I will sue for a complete repaint !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 5 weeks ago...nothing. they dont answer the phone ,only answering m/c and they dont reply to emails. I have had to contact bank to try get money back. Shocking business. Avoid Avoid Avoid
