I had a good experience with this company despite the negative reviews. Place an order , supplied my Reg and paint code on Friday. Had a worldpay notification but no order confirmation from Carpaintrepair..I decided to wait the max 5 days delivery time, but on Wednesday morning the order turned up in Full with a copy invoice and instructions on how to apply..based on this I would order again from these people ..so 5 stars

Oh dear! Me too. This appears to be a fraudulent operation. Phone calls are unanswered. Voicemail refers you to the web-based customer service that issues only an automated response that again is made to appear as if it comes from a female human. The promised response within 48 hours of course never happens.
After 6 emails and 4 voicemail messages I have given up.
My bank has been informed but disappointingly World pay FAQs takes you as far as saying contact the retailer - if only we could!
My bank is Scottish so let’s hope they do some internal investigations and put a stop to these shameless people.

If zero star was an option it would be that. Ordered paint they sent the wrong colour, it wasn’t even a close match. I contacted them over 20 times via email, phone no response just a message that they will get back in 48 hrs. DO NOT buy from this company.

Like many others I placed an order and received nothing even though my money was taken. The support email promising to get beck within 48 hrs is rubbish. Don't go near this outfit as they are robbers.

VERY BAD

This company posted package without paying postage. Had to go to the local post office and pay a further £3 to receive parcel. In total I had to pay £7.49 for a small package of touch up paint. Tried to get in touch with the company via land line and email to get a refund of the extra postage paid, but as has been reported before their customer service is non existent. You will be ignored if you have a problem. Please be aware of all this in before using this company!

Took a while to arrive, did try and phone also email to no avail. Arrived after 7 days of ordering. The paint was correct as well as instructions which were easy to follow. All in all excellent product and would highly recommend. A++++ product and service.

Crooks. They are just scammers. Ordered paint. They took money immediately. No paint arrives. They totally ignore emails and phone calls. She claims to be called Evelyn but criminals often use an Alias. I ordered from dealer. Arrived next day and cheaper. This lot are crooks, scammers and villains. I shall report to police.

DO NOT USE-- Sent the wrong colour paint, wont reply to emails or phone calls. Try somewhere else, waste of money!!!!!

Do not even think about buying from this company! They sent me wrong product, did not answer phone and, despite sending 8 emails, no reply! They are despicable.

Please read carefully as although my experience was the same as others-late arrival of product/no answering phone, they did answer emails but this is not the main problem for me.
This one major issue could cost you more than you thought and this is why. The paint matched pretty well tbh but appeared very "thin". I was about to use the supplied clear coat but thought it looked very watery and smelt like paint thinners. I did a test off the car and the clear coat literally stripped the base coat. I bought paint and clear coat from another supplier and this was thicker and much more similar to the Halfords touch up paint most of us are used to I would assume. Only through experience I didn't "strip" the paint with the product supplied. The cutting compound is also very abrasive when trying to blend (G10?), Maybe not.
I feel this whole £19 episode has been a real learning point-trust Trustpilot reviews with this business. Go elsewhere-you would feel less ripped off.

They'd get a zero if it was possible.

Useless waste of time. Dont answer phone, and order as not materialised.

Only £15 but a small claim going in by end of next week if no order or refund.

Ordered paint for my Ford Kuga on the 5/3/19. Delivered on the 22/3/19 so over their delivery time. They tell you to contact if not deliver in 10 days. Don't answer phone. Haven't replied to 3 emails so customer service is abysmal. Saying that the paint arrived and is a perfect match so all in all good.

Same as the other poor souls, scam company pushed by google. No paint, no communication so claiming money back from bank.

Placed an order beginning of February still waiting for my paint repair kit have sent three emails chasing my goods and left a message on the phone, not a happy customer will not use this company again.

Honestly go elsewhere ... their reviews DO reflect their service or should I say Lack Of Service.
They take the payment but up till now have not delivered or refunded.
They certainly do not reply to any communication .
Will contact bank for advice ... please listen to my advice ... DON'T TOUCH THEM.

I have read many of the reviews on Trust Pilot in regard to this company after ordering my own car paint requirement. I must admit I was most alarmed at the reviews and felt that I also had been duped after sending the two e-mails requesting information as to when my paint would arrive. Apart from the phone calls and emails it was to no avail and I was about to contact my Bank today to discuss the next course of action and low and behold the paint arrived through my letter box. The paint seemed to be a match and although small bottles it seems adequate for the purpose. I must admit that I did mention in my email that I would be calling in to discuss my order, who knows ?

Avoid, avoid, avoid, these are an awful company, they'll take your cash and your won't get your paint. I ordered some touch up paint 4 weeks ago and I've still not received my order. They don't answer emails.....keep your money and shop elsewhere.
