Poor communication
Poor communication, poor communication between sales and installation teams, multiple trips to site to measure, inaccurate estimate - update: a member of the sales team came out three (3) times, not two (2) times, to measure - also, the installation team was scheduled to come out first thing one morning for the installation but I was informed by Kevin mid-day that he was not able to contact the team ("I have not heard from them...") so the installation was moved to another day where the installation team complained that the sales team didn't know what they were doing when they measured to order materials - apparently, in your research you were only able to locate the information that was in your favor...

Thank you for working with us to resolve the water damage you experienced. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry that your recent experience did not meet that standard.
In researching your review, I see where we came out 2 years ago and put down the original laminate floor in your home, which I am assuming you were pleased with. Recently, we were called in by an insurance adjuster to replace the floor due to the water damage you incurred.
Our Account Executive came out to your home for the initial estimate and was unable to measure because the plumber had not yet been out to fix the actual leak. I am sorry if that visit inconvenienced you in any way, however the second visit we made was necessary to get accurate flooring measurements.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our installer had to take up more of the existing floor than we had previously noted. As I understand it, you and the insurance adjuster were informed of the minimal additional charge that would be incurred prior to us doing the work to be certain your insurance would cover the costs, which they did.
Again, we appreciate the chance to work with you to resolve the situation, and remain available if you have any further questions or concerns. Our customer reviews are very important to us, and we hope that you will be willing to revise your review based on your further experiences.

Amazing carpet repair
We had new carpet installed about a year ago, and recently a small amount of bleach was spilled on it. We thought the entire carpet was ruined. Carpet One sent Miguel out to repair it. He cut a small patch from a scrap left from the initial installation, and replaced the bleached area within about 15 minutes. Although I know exactly where the spot was, I can't find the patch now. An amazing job!

Company was easy to work with and eager to please. Sales rep explained everything thoroughly and there were no surprises. Unfortunately, we had a burp with a quality issue from Karristan, but CBH bent over backwards to get it resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Worth the extra dollars
After shopping around, I always end up at Carpet One by Henry. They have the best selection, the best advice, the best service. The prices might be a little higher than some of the other places in Greensboro, but I trust them more and I’m willing to pay a little more for all of the above.

They were great. They were so helpful in every aspect of the process, from picking the carpet, to ordering, to setting it up. When they delivered the carpet and set it up in the room they were great and moved everything around for us. Then when the room door would not open they worked with us to fix it (they cut some of the lining underneath the carpet).

Thanks Carpet One for making our carpeting choice so easy! I'm useless at choosing colors, but the young lady who came out to take our order picked out just the right color in a heartbeat. Also the man who came out to measure the space said he had been working at measuring various building materials all his life, and I think he must surely be an expert. He took the measurements for our piece of carpet (not exactly square at all) and when it arrived all we had to do was lay it down, and it fit perfectly! And it looks gorgeous! Great service, on-time delivery and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! Travis Haskins was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us multiple options after confirming exactly what our needs were. Together, we were able to find a virtually cat-proof carpet! We were able to load it up and take it home on the spot. They have a large selection of floor coverings - not just carpeting.

We had the wrong stair nose sent and had a gentleman at my house with floor samples within the hour showing us other options (the one we ordered was unavailable). All in all great experience!

From the time we walked into the store in Greensboro we felt like they were very interested in exactly what we were looking for and what kind of budget we had in mind. Our salesperson, Matt, was very personable and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and able to guide us through the process of picking out a carpet that would meet our needs. There was no high pressure sales, no "bait and switch" . He was able to show us what the different types were and also what was on sale that might meet our needs. We also looked at some vinyl for the kitchen while we were there and possibly for the bathrooms in the future. The total cost was within our budget and we were happy with the purchase experience. After the sale, Matt kept us informed of the due date on the carpet and Kevin was able to set up the installations with a timetable suitable for both of us. We had to adjust the carpet date a couple of times and they worked with us without problem. Oh, we also did the vinyl for the kitchen.
We must give 5 stars to the the guys that did the installations. The vinyl installers were very nice and very good at their job. 1st rate. The carpet installers, who were brothers, were also very good and very good to work with. That involved a lot of furniture being moved back and forth and they went about their work with great attention to detail and quality service.
Both installations were done within the time allotted and we have no complaints on anything. Very professional and helpful to answer questions so that we understood what was being done.
We would highly recommend CarpteOnebyHenry for anyone considering any type of flooring needs. We are very pleased with the whole experience with CarpetOneby Henry in Greensboro.
