Excellent experience with sales rep …
Excellent experience with sales rep Matt. Insurance claim. He was very helpful in getting what they needed to complete filing claim.
Installation was excellent also. Logan and his crew were very professional and courteous. Came across as really interested in being sure job was right and we were happy.
Have and will continue to recommend this company any these two representatives.

I had luxury vinyl plank flooring …
I had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in a small sunroom. They were helpful in my choice of style, color, and overall product...very informative. Prices are not competitive with Lowes or Home Depot but I felt I got overall very good value. The crowning touch to my experience is the installer. Mike was respectful, kind, a master at what he did...a perfectionist...he cleaned everything up so beautifully. I have worked with many subcontractors and I have very few complaints but Mike is a Master at this. I watched him work and carefully examined his cuts on the shoe mold as we have bullnesed corners, and he is very good. Thank you for a great finish! Thank you to the entire team!

As a homeowner, and now as a apartment dweller, we have utilized the services of Carpet One By Henry since 2008. They are outstanding in their way of guiding you in choosing carpet, to helping you resize an area rug for your new home. Jeff was respectful, courteous, and so gracious in keeping me informed of what I needed and when my rug would be delivered. The young men that delivered were precise and extremely helpful in rug placement. In 2008, when we had our white wool carpet installed we couldn't have asked for finer carpet in our second floor home. Never an issue!!!! This company knows carpet and more!!!!!!! Have recommended to numerous friends and contractors.

Everything went well except I was told the installer would arrive first thing in the morning and they were sent someplace else first. They did not arrive until about 4pm but did a great job once here.

Unfinished installation
The installation technician was very knowledgeable, however a section of molding was left uninstalled.. it should have been installed around the fireplace and glued with liquid nails or some other product.
