Stellar experience purchasing a remnant that was surged onsite and ready before the predicted date. The only hiccup was that I had to get an outside delivery company in order to get it to my home at a convenient time.

Carpet One by Henry is absolutely the best around. I have been using them for over 37 years personally and professionally. They are a company that - Does what they say they will do - that is really a rarity in today's business world. I currently work for an Interior Design Firm and I deal with a number of vendors. This company just doesn't disappoint and their attention to detail is impeccable. They are there when they say they will be, clean up after their installations, and finish on time. Their carpets are high quality and beautiful. Plus they carry all types of flooring other than just carpet.
Again, I can't say enough good things about Henry and Judy Scott, the owners, along with all their staff.

If only everything went this well!
They did an excellent job. They were prompt and responsive. I only selected them after I thoroughly researched all choices in Greensboro and they were the people with the best choices, prices, etc. Everything they did was done well. I had superb customer service from Tracey, Kevin, Theresa and the flawless installation team. I had both carpet and hard flooring put down. I would absolutely recommend them for perfect results, no headaches, and thorough dependability.

Choosing Carpet One by Henry was a GREAT decision!
I was pleased from start to finish with each person I encountered along the way. The salesperson kept me within my budget and listened to my description and needs. The first carpet he showed me was exactly what I had envisioned. Travis was able to come out and measure that same day and give me a quote by the next day. The carpet was installed 2weeks later exactly as promised. Logan-who has many years of experience- and his assistants worked hard and long to get the job done in 2 days as promised-even though there was probably a lot more furniture and belongings to be moved than they realized. Everyone seemed to really care to make me happy. The entire process went so well and I LOVE my new carpet.

After doing extensive on-site and on-line research of every Grensboro carpet store (including "big box" stores, Home Depot & Lowe's), I selected Carpet One By Henry because: 1) they had a fuller spectrum of choices for our home in the mid-to-upper end, 2) they offered the time and attention to detail I wanted (from when I walked in to the last installation inspection), 3) their prices were actually less than other comparable mid-to-high end choices from Greensboro competitors and they found a way to sweeten the deal, 4) everything they said was true, 5) along the way they reached out to make scheduling, timing, and quality were to my satisfaction. I referred someone else, who's now in the process of re-doing their home with flooring and carpets by Carpet One By Henry, and he is more than satisfied with every aspect of product, price, installation, and customer service. Tracey Childs was the salesperson for both of us. Kevin, the installation manager, made sure details like a last-minute needed transition threshold were immediately provided, as well as having a clean, quiet, experienced installation crew who came and left on time.
