I recently had a new floor placed in my…
I recently had a new floor placed in my bedroom. The men did good work and it looks great. The reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars was that I thought the clean-up after could've been better.
When I came home, the furniture was put back but the floor was not clean. I had to vacuum and wipe down. Also, there was saw dust and remnants in one area by a door. I have a small dog, so had I not noticed, she could've gotten one stuck in her paw.
I am happy with the choice of flooring and will use them for a final bedroom just hopefully they clean-up better.

Exceptional value and service
Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

Thomas the sales rep was very easy to work with. The installers were very pleasant and professional. They had to come back on a Saturday afternoon (Easter Holiday) to finish the job. They arrived on time, just stopped long enough to eat something. They did not leave a mess. I would recommend Carpet One by Henry.

Not awesome but not terrible either
If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.

I apologize for these issues - this is certainly not the way we want our installations handled. Our installation department is currently closed, however, I will follow up on Monday to discuss this issue with our installation manager. We do need to get the transition piece taken care of quickly in addition to speaking to the installer about the lateness and clean up after installation.
I will follow back up with you on Monday about the transition piece as well as these other issues. Please accept my sincere apologizes.
