Henry's was of great help during a stressful period.
They were of great help, installing flooring after water damage within the constraints of a planned trip. Installers for both wood and carpet were excellent and kept things cleaned up in the process.

Great experience all the way around…
Great experience all the way around from excellent help with carpet selection to an easy installation. I was surprised when told it would take only two days to install my carpet. I planned for three. These two guys removed old carpet, installled new padding and carpet in 6 rooms, 8 closets and a hallway in less than two days, and that's with moving all the furniture. They worked quickly, very efficiently, and cleaned up as they went along. They made it look easy. I am very happy.

Poor communication from both the sales…
Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager.
100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared.
I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.

It seems that your installation was being handled during a time when we had several key people on vacation, which is not an excuse, but it does explain how things slipped through the cracks. It also tells me that we need to look at our vacation policy as well as who will handle critical items during our key people's vacation times.
I do thank you for your feedback because without it, we would not know issues we are having.
I also want to thank you for your business over the past 29 years and I hope that you will not let this one be the reason that you choose to go elsewhere. We do try very hard to be great at what we do and the type of experience that you were given is not what you deserve nor what we approve of.
