Wonderful customer selection and great showroom...so much to choose from. Remnant room in the back is the best. We have had two rugs made and they do an excellent job.

The Best Around!
I highly recommend working with the wonderful folks Carpet One By Henry. I needed two bedrooms in a rental property carpeted on a short timeline and I wanted a carpet that was higher-end but also reasonable for a nicer rental property. I live in Asheville and had to make a decision in a hurry. Laurie and Ryan helped me pick out a really nice wool blend carpet, gave me a great price on it, came out to the property to measure on zero notice, and made it all happen within a few days, just in time for my new tenant to move in. Everyone was wonderful! From selection, to quoting, to scheduling, to install. I'm super happy with the final product and the variety of finer carpets available to choose from. I would absolutely work with them again! Thank you SO much!!

A fabulous experience
A fabulous, easy experience!! Salesman Jeff was more than accommodating-- ordering samples of mutiple carpets so we could "live" with them to see what worked best for us. No pressure, just excellent customer service. The installers were amazing!! Efficient and very neat and careful. Our new carpet makes our home feel and look luxurious!!
