Excellent costumer service! I needed to replace the carpet in a rental condo within two weeks during the holiday season. Crystal at Carpet One not only helped me meet my deadline, but worked with me remotely so that I did not have to make the hour long commute. I highly recommend Carpet One for anyone in need of flooring and will most definitely use them again. Thank you for all your help!

Carpet One installed our first carpet this summer. The color just was not what we had expected on viewing the samples, way too much brown that showed more when entire floor was in.
To make a long story short, the store has a Beautiful Guarantee on a lot of their carpet. We picked out a new carpet, paid for the difference in price and $315 to move furniture. They replaced our carpet, did an awesome job, again, and we are totally satisfied with the new color.
Shonda, Beau, and the entire Carpet One team are outstanding! You will never go wrong in choosing this company for your flooring needs.

I had vinyl plank flooring installed, replacing most all of the existing flooring in my home. From the moment I walked into the store until the last day of install, I received the best service. Crystal Pitts was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She outlined the entire process for me and fulfilled every expectation. I was extremely impressed with the timeliness of the entire process. I was also impressed with the installers knowledge and politeness. Everyone did what they said when they said. Highly recommended!

We needed new carpet in our office and work and we called Carpet One to get a quote. They sent one of there sales consultants to us within a few hours and we had a quote in no time. They did our carpet over the weekend so it wouldn't interfere with our work hours and when we came in on Monday everything was put back in its proper place and the carpet looked amazing. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication of Carpet One and we love our new carpet!

They have done great work for our office here at Syfrett, Dykes & Furr. Installed stain resistant carpet & even picked up a bug that was in the bathroom for us ladies here in the office.

Also did work for an employee here in the office at their home. She was very pleased at how quick the quote was provided and also how prompt the work was started and completed (only one day!). The staff was also wonderful because they moved the home furniture back into the bedroom for her - which they did not have to do but it was very nice of them to go above and beyond!

This is the 3rd time I have used Carpet One in Panama City. They did such a good job in my home that I now used them to install carpet in my work environment. They are always professional, easy to work with, accommodating and price sensitive. The office carpet looks great and was installed beautifully. I am in the process of using them for another job.

the staff is very knowledgeable, they show you every option from the lowest price to the high end never making you feel like you have to buy what you don't want, there is no pressure making it a pleasure to shop. I tell every one I know about my shopping experience so that they will go there also.

Was very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the service we got as well. The installers however wanted to do it the way they wanted it done not the way we wanted it done witch caused problems for us, basically telling us try it this way and if you don't like it ill come back and do it the way you want it done. Well guess who's coming back?

The installers were very great in doing their job and did a very wonderful installation and our carpet looked great when they were done. Will use Carpet One again and this is our second time in using them.

Friendly and reliable

Not since my wedding have I had a more pleasurable experience. I was immediately drawn in to the knowledge and politeness of the staff. I knew right away this was not going to be a carpet purchase, this was going to be an experience. This flooring and this time was meant to be. I was taught as if I was sitting back in my classes at Duke University, who knew there was so much information about floors? Carpet One knew, that's who! I will proudly give their names to all of my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Carpet One, Bravo!
