Creative Interiors Carpet One Reviews

We love the tile and hardwood floor we bought ar Creative Interiors! Sloan was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we got the right products for the look we were trying to achieve. We will definitely go back to her as we complete our new home. I highly recommend this place and especially Sloan.

great job, great product

Installation was excellent. The crew went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied.

My experience with Creative Interiors Carpet One has been outstanding, from start to finish. Design consultant, Pat Derrick, professionally assisted me with material and color choices as she sensitively considered my personal style and needs. Her guidance was essential in helping me to make choices from the wide range of available products. This business clearly operates as a team, which is demonstrated by their friendly spirit of cooperation and interest in the customer's satisfaction. Communication was excellent throughout the process, as I was kept informed about materials, scheduling and installation. I could not be happier with my tiled shower, outdoor tiled patio and interior flooring. This company exemplifies what a good hometown business should be, and I highly recommend them.

Sloan and Brian were great to work with! Very friendly and helpful. Love my new LVP flooring in Fripp!

Pat Derrick and Brian were wonderful to deal with

Order was short by 6 inches which resulted in two appointments and a delay of a week for finishing the job. Otherwise we are happy with the experience and product.

Great service...good work people. Satisfied customer. Would use again.

They went over the top to make us happy when there was a defect in the carpet.

I am so pleased with my vinyl plank flooring and carpeted stairs. Debbie, Brian and the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend Creative Interiors to anyone.

We are thrilled with our wonderful new bedroom carpet from Creative Interiors! We received top notch service from the time we made our carpet selection to the installation and follow-up. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality carpeting at a fair price . 5 Stars all the way!

From the selection process to the estimate to the installation, Creative Interiors were consistently professional, helpful and reliable. The work was completed beautifully, and in a manner that was quite non-invasive. The installers cleaned up and left me with with floors to be proud of, and there were no surprises when the bill was paid!

Great experience choosing the right flooring. Installation of flooring was nicely done. Only minor flaws were cosmetic damages to existing molding and door which was repaired promptly. I'd choose to work with them again.

Creative Interiors did a great job throughout the process. From choosing the right flooring to installation, they were helpful and professional.

Everyone is helpful and keeps you informed! Our stair runners look beautiful!

This is the second time we have used Creative Interiors for flooring. Both times they have been professional, responsive, affordable and left us with a first class installation of tile, wood and carpet.

No come-on's; helped and advised per MY needs and tastes. Knowledgeable of product(s). Time estimates were true to stated originally. Crew showed up as promised. All work done as promised.
Final product like walking on clouds using higher grade padding with good quality carpeting.

We have depended on Creative Interiors for all our carpet needs since 2002. Their selections are extensive and offer many options. The sales associates provide expert help but are always sensitive to customer preferences. Service after the sale is outstanding. We know we can rely on them with complete confidence.

The staff of Creative Interiors is the best! I have completed several projects with them over the last 20 years. They have installed carpet, tile back splash, refurbished 2 bathrooms and just recently installed LVT in my entire home. They are professional and provide a quality product at a great price. I won't go anywhere else!

Brian and the rest of the crew were professional and very knowledgeable of their products. Very courteous and patient. Floor workers did a great job, worked very hard and efficiently. Again, professional and polite.
