I've used carsdirect.com to get pricing on my last two cars. Was definitely helpful in getting a better price at the dealer. I've also used them to help compare different cars I'm thinking if buying.

Bogus claims. It's the same thing as walking straightforward into a car dealership. Nothing special. If you don't have what they're looking for you won't get what you're looking for just like a car dealership. All they do is shop your application around for a loan....LIKE A REGULAR DEALERSHIP.

I used cars direct for the first time a few days ago was looking for a used car. I was contacted by a representative Max Romero who was awesome! Had a new car in two hours. Would recommend Cars Direct to anyone. I was a really easy and painless experience! Great experience!

I had a great experience with CarsDirect, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I didn't have to deal with high-pressure dealerships at all. The CarsDirect specialist I worked with, Bernardo Moretzsohn, was highly professional, spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, answered every single question I had and then found just the vehicle I was looking for. And then he had it delivered to my door. He was also a great help with financing and insurance, both of which turned out to be a bit complicated for me. I had the car within a couple of days after picking it out. Probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Hoff who led me through the carsdirect.com process. Bryan was responsive, quick, and tracked down my vehicle despite the scarce supply. There was no haggling - just a fair market price that the dealerships I had reached out to could not arrive at. Heard u have good deal on cars

I contacted them in the evening around 5pm. The rep(Ralph) called in an hour and after a few questions he said he would have a price in morning.
The next morning after I got the price a deal was done in 2 hours, with out any hassle and annoyance of dealing with salesman at the dealership.

I would recommend them to anybody. I have been telling everybody I got the car from CarsDirect!;))))

I was going to use the TrueCar service through my bank, but I was concerned about going to the dealership and getting the run-around and them trying to add to the price. My father had used CarsDirect a couple of times and decided he should go to their website to compare the price. He called me and told me what he had seen. I went to CarsDirect and never looked back. Not only did a get a deal beyond what I thought I could, they handled everything. I got exactly the car I wanted, and I never set foot in the dealership. My new car got delivered to me, and all I had to do was sign the paperwork!
