I can’t get the site to work. All you get are spinners and nothing ever loads. Very poor site. I would not waste my time advertising here.

I found the site easy to use and they list cars from thousands of dealer across the USA

people would respond to my ad,... but i would not see it on my message board for 3 months later,.. and carsoup would never send a response to my email address... this happened on two of my car sale...place the ad in july... would not get a response till the following year,... the date on the response was for july of the folllowing year... carsoup scam

The site is fast and I like that it links to the dealer's website site to get all the information I want about the car I am looking for. Lots of cars to pick from

You do not allow searching newer than 2012? Ridiculous! Never using this website again.

Hands down the worst website I have ever had the misfortune to type into my address bar. No organization to the website desktop or mobile. And the fact that I cannot put in my location to look for vehicles is redicilous. Yeah sure you have the deal too use my devices location but I can assure you I am no where near where it pinged my phone. Not even the right state. Shitsa joke.

My email address seems to have been sold to them and now they won't stop spamming me.

CarSoup *used* to be an awesome site (and app). They offered multiple photos of the cars, links to reviews, payment estimates, links to finance companies ... the whole works! I recently went back to the site to help someone find a car and am completely disgusted by what the site has become. It seems to be nothing more than a bait and switch site for car dealers. You see what looks like a good deal, click on the link to get details for the car, but instead it brings you to the dealers' sites and the car you were looking for is nowhere to be found, but the dealer site displays a dozen OTHER cars for twice the cost. It's a SHAME that CarSoup has devolved into this worthless mess.

Had to update my review to say that I got a very fast reply from the company. Within an hour of posting my review about the website not working well, I got a response and an email address for follow up. While I hope that the site issues I am experiencing will subside, I am glad that it is being looked into!

I have VERY little time to go out and go car shopping, It's nice that there are websites to help with this, especially near a city with an abundance of cars. I will not consider a car unless there are pictures inside and out, leather, infotainment display, and just overall condition are all important things to me, I'm not going to even consider driving to a dealership to look at a car unless I can tell if its worth a look by looking at photo's. The main reason I absolutely can't stand carsoup.com is because they allow dealerships to post a "default photo" on any car they want to so when you check the "cars with photos" filter they will literally list hundreds of cars with a single stock photo and NONE of the features listed. There are a million reasons to want to see photo's of a used car, everyone knows this. But dealerships FLOOD the search results with posts that have no information in them whatsoever so you have no idea what youre looking at. If you check the "cars with photos" filter for more accurate search results, I think its only fair that you get the information you are looking for. I will most likely never be using this website again as I have no idea what i'm looking at when i click on a post with little to no information.

Never again, horrible experience I am not a dealer but I am selling a lot of cars and carsoup.com became a horrible website. Every time when I post my car for sale it's never posted right away I have to call support team and its take some time until they find my add. If you post on weekend forget about you have to wait till Monday BS. Come on carsoup!

I really didn't have a lot of dealings with this actual website but they sent my information/questions quickly and I thus received a fairly quick reply from the dealership. It worked out well!

I found exactly the car I wanted and bought it. A very pleasant experience.

I have received a first contact on a car I am interested in owningredients. I sent a few questions and amore awaiting a reply.

I wish you would provide an interior color search option.

I appreciated the amount of information that I could find on each individual car that I looked up, including the estimated cost to own it, the comparison cost with the average car with those specifics, along with the actual car pictures and description.

Website is very slow and cumbersome colors of interior is hard to get it always returns to the 1st vehicle instead of where you left off

I think CarSoup has the right idea selling cars. Its easy and at the right price FREE! I have not sold a car as yet but hope to soon.
